<Job Responsibilities>
Receive on-the-job training from the senior Sales Engineer.
1. Overall tasks:
・Provide technical and engineering support for customers on site and online.
・Work with other departments to provide the pre-sales and post-sales support for customers.
・Work between customer and company's team member to fulfill technical and engineering requirements from customer. 
・Report the status, progress and issues to General Director and the management weekly. 

2. Pre-Sales Support:
・Act as first responder for technical inquiries and requirements from customers.
・Provide solutions based on customers' requirements and promote customers' to use Anritsu products 
・Introduce, present and demonstrate company's products and solutions to customer.

3. Post-Sales Support
・Support customer by setup and install product to customer at delivery.
・Respond to customer’s technical inquiries, troubleshoot, solve technical issues.
・Support customer for products update and upgrade (e.g. firmware update, software license upgrade).

4. Other:
・Assist other members about technical issues.
・Report to Japanese General Director
・Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College degree and above. Major: Telecommunication, Electronics, or related technology field.
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 – 35 years old
・Language: English conversational level (for communicating internally and with the Headquarter, make mails and phone calls)
・Experience: Have at least 3 years working as Field Application Engineer, Sales Engineer or technical customer support related positions in Telecommunication or Electronics industries.
・Skills: Have experience using measuring instruments

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in RF (radio frequency), Wireless (e.g. 3G/4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.), transmission equipment and system. Especially, experience in dealing with Wireless Test & Measurement instruments.
・Good communication
・Time-management and prioritization skill to complete multiple tasks within deadlines.
