<Job Responsibilities>
- Build and maintain a phenomenal client-relationships with numerous venerable clienteles from various industries, and others stakeholders - regional and cross functional
- Be responsible for planning and managing the business P&L, take charge of strategy development, client profitability, the delivery of revenue across the clients, client organic revenue growth, pursue all potential cross sell / up sell opportunities and ensuring the operations team deliver faultless campaign execution
- Lead the overall strategic approach, integrated acquisition planning, technology innovation, operational successful delivery, account commercials to team management
- Be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department, as well as ensuring that it meets its goals and objectives. Identify potential opportunities, risks and solutions for how the team can fulfill or overcome them
- Proactively lead local team to work with regional in research for new initiatives, product/solution enhancements and product /solution redesign, from concept to completion
- Empower, coach, delegate and retain qualified members that will contribute to unit goals and the company at large. Lead and develop a strong team to provide the best-in-class results
- Accountable for resource plan and unit structure for achieving revenue and operating profit target for business

+ At least 8 years in digital marketing and at least 5 years of experience as Manager level in managing Performance, Media Planning & Ecommerce platform in agency
