Transport Assistant Manager
(35K – 40K) (SDG-61220)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายการขนส่ง
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead transport activities to ensure customer's logistic activity safely.
• Planning truck and container transport plan and schedule.
• Improve operational flexibility while delivering products at the lowest total system cost possible and optimizing asset utilization.
• Produce sustainable business process improvements by focusing on key performance measurements and developing core competencies.
• Keep track and improve overall transport operation to reduce operational cost and increase efficiency.
• To suggest any improvement ideas to report line.
• To make a report in English and directly report to Thai Manager and JP Management.
• Coordinating with logistic subcontractors to conduct the best logistic service with good efficiency.
• Other task might be assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Logistic or related field
• At least 5 years experience of managing track and container transport
• At least 3 years management experience (Have subordinate) as leader or higher
• Advanced conversational low level of English (Able to report)
• Not job hopper
• Strong experience of container transport especially is preferable

Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: Average 2 times per month >)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•นำกิจกรรมการขนส่งเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ของลูกค้าปลอดภัย
•การวางแผนแผนการขนส่งรถบรรทุกและตู้คอนเทนเนอร์และกำหนดการ
•ปรับปรุงความยืดหยุ่นในการปฏิบัติงานในขณะที่ส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยต้นทุนระบบรวมที่ต่ำที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้สินทรัพย์
•ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทางธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืนโดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่การวัดผลการดำเนินงานที่สำคัญและการพัฒนาความสามารถหลัก
•ติดตามและปรับปรุงการดำเนินการขนส่งโดยรวมเพื่อลดต้นทุนการดำเนินงานและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
•เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวคิดในการปรับปรุงสายรายงาน
•จัดทำรายงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและรายงานโดยตรงต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายไทยและผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น
•ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาช่วงโลจิสติกส์เพื่อดำเนินการบริการโลจิสติกส์ที่ดีที่สุดและมีประสิทธิภาพที่ดี
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-40 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการจัดการการติดตามและการขนส่งตู้คอนเทนเนอร์
•มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี (มีลูกน้อง) เป็นหัวหน้าหรือสูงกว่า
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (สามารถรายงานได้)
•ไม่เปลี่ยนวานบ่อย
•ประสบการณ์ที่ดีในการขนส่งตู้คอนเทนเนอร์โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเป็นที่ต้องการ
ทักษะภาษา
•ภาษาอังกฤษ: การสนทนา
•ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี
•พื้นที่สถานที่ทำงาน: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะซิตี้
•ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8: 00-17: 00 น. (<วันเสาร์ทำงาน: เฉลี่ย 2 ครั้งต่อเดือน>)
