Production Engineer
(22K – 33K) (SDG-60937)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Optimize/configure processes and equipment for building surface mount electronics assemblies.
• Perform design of experiments (DOE) to launch new models and optimize SMT process yield.
• Specify equipment and process requirements for PCBA build processes.
• Perform process development and validation on new models in extremely aggressive timelines.
• Lead efforts to uncover root-cause and develop a permanent resolution on issues found during pre-production.
• Ensure the successful transition of products from development to volume production.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 26-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electronic / Electric Power or related field.
• 5 years of experience working in SMT or PCBA process/manufacturing engineering.
• Hands on experience with Solder print, SPI, pick & place, reflow, AOI, ICT, x-ray inspection, underfill and staking processes.
• Ability to define requirements for equipment and process control.
• Ability to design efficient floor layout and drive facilities improvements.
• Experience with high volume commercial, industrial or automotive electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience in dynamic NPI environment and transition to full scale production.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Advance conversation middle in English
• FUJI machine is preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ / กำหนดค่ากระบวนการและอุปกรณ์สำหรับการสร้างชุดอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบยึดพื้นผิว

•ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในการทำงานในกระบวนการ SMT หรือ PCBA / วิศวกรรมการผลิต
•สัมผัสประสบการณ์ด้วยการพิมพ์ Solder, SPI, Pick & place, reflow, AOI, ICT, การตรวจสอบเอ็กซเรย์, underfill และ staking
•ความสามารถในการกำหนดข้อกำหนดสำหรับอุปกรณ์และการควบคุมกระบวนการ
•ความสามารถในการออกแบบรูปแบบชั้นที่มีประสิทธิภาพและผลักดันการปรับปรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก
•มีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์เชิงพาณิชย์อุตสาหกรรมหรือยานยนต์ในปริมาณมาก
•ประสบการณ์ที่พิสูจน์แล้วในสภาพแวดล้อม NPI แบบไดนามิกและการเปลี่ยนไปสู่การผลิตเต็มสเกล
•สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•สามารถใช้เครื่อง FUJI ได้เป็นที่ต้องการ
