Production Engineering Senior Staff

วิศวกรฝ่ายผลิตระดับอาวุโส
Duties & Responsibilities:
• New Model, Process improvement and defect analysis by working under Safety condition (QDCS)
• Responsible for process's documents (FMEA, PCS, Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan, Lay-out and Project presentation summary report)
• Correct report project and improvement output to Management
• Decide on processing procedures and equipment to be used
• Other tasks assigned by Manager
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Tool&Material, Electrical Engineer
• At least 5 year's experience as Production Engineering any Manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in FMEA, PPAP, APQP
• Knowledge of statistical process control, design of experiments, Product and Process Development Flow.
• Be able to read the drawing
• Willing to learn, sociable, adapt quickly to new environment
• Advanced conversational Middle level of English
• Have management experience is preferable
• Experience as Production Technology is preferable
• Experience in a Toyota Tier1 company is preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Saturday Working: once in a month (Depend on Company Calendar) )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รูปแบบใหม่,การปรับปรุงกระบวนการและการวิเคราะห์ข้อบกพร่องโดยทำงานภายใต้เงื่อนไขความปลอดภัย (QDCS)
•รับผิดชอบเอกสารของกระบวนการ (FMEA, PCS, Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan, Lay-out และรายงานสรุปการนำเสนอโครงการ)
•โครงการรายงานที่ถูกต้องและผลการปรับปรุงเพื่อการจัดการ
•ตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการประมวลผลและอุปกรณ์ที่จะใช้
•งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 28-35 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาเครื่องกล, การผลิต, อุตสาหการ, เครื่องมือและวัสดุ, ไฟฟ้า
•ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรรมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีความรู้ใน FMEA, PPAP, APQP
•ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการควบคุมกระบวนการทางสถิติการออกแบบการทดลองขั้นตอนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการ
•สามารถอ่านภาพวาด
•ยินดีที่จะเรียนรู้เข้ากับคนง่ายปรับตัวเข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมใหม่ ๆ ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการเป็นที่ต้องการ
•ควรมีประสบการณ์ในฐานะเทคโนโลยีการผลิตจะดีมาก
•ควรมีประสบการณ์ในบริษัท Toyota Tier1จะดีมาก
