Sales Executive (MRO)

เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (MRO)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for sales target and achievement in terms of sale amount, technical sales and support.
• Manage existing customers and new customers for MRO (Maintenance repair and operations) scope.
• Willing to travel (80%) around Bangna Area ,Amata Chonburi Area and Rayong area to visit clients or clients site by own car
• Support quotation request from customer, GENBA check , Visit customers with maker or distributor.
• Understand and provide new solutions as required to end user.
• Finding and providing new solution, VA proposal to resolve the pain point of customer.
• Prepare quotations and follow up purchase order from customers.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Other duties and projects assigned by management
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-35 years
• Female preferred
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relate field
• 3 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer or Sales marketing or relate field in Automotive, Manufacturing - OEM parts, Machine spare part.
• Advance conversation middle level in English
• Have good knowledge and strong attitude about sales and services procedures.
• Excellent in computer (MS-Office, presentation & spreadsheet software , Auto cad)
• Driving license and own car
• The ability to work alone under constrains and ambiguity while producing positive results
• Experience from Pneumatic ,Hydraulic will be advantage.
• Presentation skill will be advantage

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ความรับผิดชอบต่อเป้าหมายการขายและความสำเร็จในแง่ของยอดขายการขายทางเทคนิคและการสนับสนุน
•จัดการลูกค้าที่มีอยู่และลูกค้าใหม่สำหรับขอบเขต MRO (การซ่อมบำรุงและการดำเนินงาน)
•ยินดีที่จะเดินทาง (80%) รอบเขตบางนาเขตอมตะชลบุรีและระยองเพื่อเยี่ยมลูกค้าหรือลูกค้าโดยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
•สนับสนุนคำขอใบเสนอราคาจากลูกค้าตรวจสอบ GENBA เยี่ยมลูกค้ากับบริษัทผู้ผลิตหรือผู้จัดจำหน่าย
•ทำความเข้าใจและจัดหาโซลูชั่นใหม่ ๆ ตามความจำเป็นสำหรับผู้ใช้ปลายทาง
•ค้นหาและจัดหาโซลูชันใหม่ข้อเสนอ VA เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเจ็บปวดของลูกค้า
•จัดทำใบเสนอราคาและติดตามใบสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า
•ประสานงานด้านการขายกับสมาชิกในทีมและแผนกอื่น ๆ
•หน้าที่และโครงการอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากฝ่ายบริหาร
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 27-35 ปี
•เพศหญิงจะดีมาก
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง Sales Engineer หรือ Sales marketing หรือเกี่ยวข้องกับสาขายานยนต์, การผลิต - ชิ้นส่วน OEM, อะไหล่เครื่องจักร
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•มีความรู้และทัศนคติที่ดีเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการขายและบริการ
•เก่งด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ (MS-Office, ซอฟต์แวร์นำเสนอและสเปรดชีต, Auto cad)
•ใบขับขี่และรถยนต์ของตัวเอง
•ความสามารถในการทำงานคนเดียวภายใต้ข้อ จำกัด และความคลุมเครือในขณะที่ให้ผลลัพธ์ในเชิงบวก
•มีประสบการณ์จาก Pneumatic, Hydraulic จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
•ทักษะการนำเสนอจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
