<Job Responsibilities>
This position is in charge of management of overall accounting tasks(Pthumthani office and Prachinburi factory) and daily task(mainly tax related)

- Monitor and review full scope of finance and accounting, GL, A/R-Receipt, A/P-Payment, Inventory, Fixed Asset, Tax, costing and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor transactions during month-end closing , and yearly closing, Management of petty cash
- -Review month-end, year-end closing process
- To monitor and analyze accounting data and provide financial report or statement
- Supervised the preparation of the standard cost. And coordinating the preparation of the budget.
- Concerning to the Tax relevant :Corporate Tax / Withholding Tax / VAT etc
- Coordinating with the external auditors and the relevant authorities in checking accounts.
- Supervise staff accountants
- Other tasks as assigned

*Pathumthani office and Prachinburi factory have accounting function
=>sometimes need to visit Pathumthani office by company car with driver

*Expect you to be manager in near future and in case of manager position, need to manage not only accounting div but also HR/GA or procurement div as well

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 40 - 48 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting.
- At least 8 years of overall Accounting experience in manufacturing industry
- Have CPD license
- Have Experience using SAP
- Good command of English(for internal communication)
- Strong Knowledge of accounting, tax, cost accounting.
- Good analytical and numerical skills. Strong leadership

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of HR/GA tasks or Procurement tasks

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat;about 1 time/month(depends on company calendar))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบบริหารงานบัญชีโดยรวม (สำนักงานปทุมธานีและโรงงานปราจีนบุรี) และงานประจำวัน (ส่วนใหญ่เกี่ยวกับภาษี)

- ตรวจสอบและตรวจสอบขอบเขตด้านการเงินและการบัญชี, GL, A / R-Receipt, A / P-Payment, สินค้าคงคลัง, สินทรัพย์ถาวร, ภาษี, การคิดต้นทุนและรายงานระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อความถูกต้องและครบถ้วน

- ดูแลการจัดทำต้นทุนมาตรฐาน และประสานงานการจัดทำงบประมาณ.
- เกี่ยวกับภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง: ภาษีนิติบุคคล / ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย / ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ฯลฯ
- ประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบภายนอกและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการตรวจสอบบัญชี
- ดูแลพนักงานบัญชี
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

* สำนักงานปทุมธานีและโรงงานปราจีนบุรีมีหน้าที่ด้านบัญชี
=> บางครั้งต้องไปที่สำนักงานปทุมธานีโดยรถของ บริษัท พร้อมคนขับ

* คาดว่าคุณจะเป็นผู้จัดการในอนาคตอันใกล้และในกรณีของตำแหน่งผู้จัดการจำเป็นต้องจัดการไม่เพียง แต่ฝ่ายบัญชีเท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมถึง HR / GA หรือฝ่ายจัดซื้อด้วย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 40-48 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีโดยรวมในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอย่างน้อย 8 ปี
- มีใบอนุญาต CPD
- มีประสบการณ์การใช้ SAP
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร)
- มีความรู้ด้านบัญชีภาษีบัญชีต้นทุนเป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และตัวเลขที่ดี ความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่ง
