Accounting Supervisor (Costing)
(37K – 52K) (SDG-60763)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Control and verify accounting records, analysis and verify production cost.
• Reconcile and analyze all accounting transactions.
• Inventory and Fixed assets control.
• Prepare and supervise monthly and yearly financial and management reports, accounting package, and provided necessary financial information and ad hoc report upon request
• Prepare and supervise of tax reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and BOI requirements and also prepare document for monthly and yearly closing.
• Preparing cash management e.g. cash flow forecast, loan, etc.
• Preparing Budget.
• Work closely with the auditor and external parties on financial and accounting issues.
• Planning the accounting process to meet the target.
• Other tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Have working experience about Accounting (Costing) at least 8 years in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years (have subordinate) in any manufacturing industry
• Able to prepare document for monthly and yearly closing
• Have working experience about AP,AR
• Advance conversational middle level of English
• Able to use ERP (any program)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชีวิเคราะห์และตรวจสอบต้นทุนการผลิต
•กระทบยอดและวิเคราะห์ธุรกรรมทางบัญชีทั้งหมด
•การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังและสินทรัพย์ถาวร
•จัดทำและดูแลรายงานทางการเงินและการจัดการรายเดือนและรายปีชุดบัญชีและให้ข้อมูลทางการเงินที่จำเป็นและรายงานเฉพาะกิจเมื่อมีการร้องขอ
•จัดทำและดูแลรายงานภาษีเป็นรายเดือนรายไตรมาสและรายปีและข้อกำหนดของ BOI และเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและรายปี
•เตรียมการจัดการเงินสด เช่น การคาดการณ์กระแสเงินสด เงินกู้ ฯลฯ
•การจัดเตรียมงบประมาณ
•ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับผู้สอบบัญชีและบุคคลภายนอกในประเด็นทางการเงินและการบัญชี
•วางแผนกระบวนการบัญชีให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-45 ปี
•วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับการบัญชี (Costing) อย่างน้อย 8 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์บริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี (มีลูกน้อง) ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•สามารถจัดทำเอกสารปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและรายปี
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ AP, AR
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•สามารถใช้ ERP (โปรแกรมใดก็ได้)
