Sales Staff (Chonburi branch)
(27K – 30K) (SDG-60705)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (ประจำสาขาชลบุรี)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Be able to reach Sales Target
• Visit customer, analyze situation, follow up order and report to Manager (Travelling almost everyday//Both existing client (70%) and also find new customers (30%)) by own car
• Area will be mainly Chonburi and Rayong.
• Maintaining the good relationship with the client and follow up to meet customer's needs
• Responsible for client issue and assist the client in order to solve the problem
• Responsible for checking and preparing sales documents such as quotation, proposal and internal reports.
• Coordinating with engineering for get quotation
• Coordinating with other departments to support client request
• Other tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-30 years
• Female preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At lest 2 years experience in sales in construction Service and business related roles
• Driving skills and have own vehicle
• Good in Presentation skills
• Have ability to create efficient working operation
• Knowledge of Microsoft (words and excel power point)
• Advance conversation high level in English (request TOEIC at least 650 )
• Proven track record of positive sales performance
o No job hopper person
• Probation period working location at Bangna Tower Head office.
• Sales from engineering are preferable
• Familiar with Construction ,air condition system is advantage

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
•เยี่ยมลูกค้าวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ติดตามคำสั่งซื้อและรายงานต่อผู้จัดการ (เดินทางเกือบทุกวัน // ทั้งลูกค้าเดิม (70%) และหาลูกค้าใหม่ (30%)) ด้วยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
•พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่คือชลบุรีและระยอง
•รักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและติดตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
•รับผิดชอบปัญหาของลูกค้าและช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในการแก้ปัญหา
•รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมเอกสารการขายเช่นใบเสนอราคาข้อเสนอและรายงานภายใน
•ประสานงานกับวิศวกรรมเพื่อขอใบเสนอราคา
•ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนคำขอของลูกค้า
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-30 ปี
•ผู้หญิงที่ต้องการ
•ปริญญาตรี
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายในงานรับเหมาก่อสร้างและงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
•ทักษะการขับรถและมียานพาหนะเป็นของตัวเอง
•มีทักษะการนำเสนอที่ดี
•มีความสามารถในการสร้างการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Microsoft (คำและ excel power point)
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา(ขอ TOEIC อย่างน้อย 650)
•บันทึกผลการดำเนินงานที่ได้รับการพิสูจน์แล้วของยอดขายในเชิงบวก
•ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
•สถานที่ปฏิบัติงานในระยะทดลองงานที่สำนักงานใหญ่บางนาทาวเวอร์
•วิศวกรฝ่ายขายเป็นที่ต้องการ
•คุ้นเคยกับการก่อสร้างระบบปรับอากาศเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
