Customer Service Officer (English Speaking) (20K–25K) (SDG-60490) เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า (พูดภาษาอังกฤษ) <Job Responsibilities> Taking care - Oversea suppliers: Japan, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore - Domestic clients - Receives and processes the customer orders, inquiries and complaints covering items or products ordered and serves as communication link between customers, sales and factory in order to keep good customer satisfaction and enhance company’s reputation in the market. - Coordinate with oversea suppliers (Japan, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore) for delivery process to meet the timeline and also for troubleshooting - Manage stock, inbound outbound, delivery status in excel file - Key PO information and other sales detail in company system - Other customer service and sales support tasks as assigned *Probation period: you may support partly customer service tasks to current members *After probation may adapted to full responsibility <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/ Female 25 - 30 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - 6 Months to 2 years experience as Customer service or Sales coordinator (Import process in Electronics Industry) *Trading or Manufacturing company are welcome - Good command of English Language (communicate with oversea suppliers, email, document tasks) - Good MS office especially Excel is needed - Open minded and be ready to do assigned task - Coordinating skills and able to prioritize tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Electronic Trading Company (Import Process) - Holding TOEIC Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ha Yaek Lad Prao, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri [None Sat & Sun]) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–25,000THB About the company Products: Electronics device, Sensors, Switches, Relays, etc. Business Type: Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components
