Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage export & import operation through co-work with team and concerned department include overseas
• Customer support of coil aluminum products
• To making any report by EJ program
• To coordinate with oversea suppler (Japan, Taiwan and USA)
• Understand whole Supply Chain Management activity and support supervisor
• Continuous improvement of work process, work efficiency, cost competitiveness
• Understanding document of purchasing & selling
• To forecast all of production planning


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Female only
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• 5 years experience in management in Supply Chain Management, Import-Export and related fields
• 2 years experience in production planning in manufacturing
• BOI experience
• Advanced conversational middle level of English
• Good coordination, teamwork

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None


Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon-Fri)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดการการดำเนินการส่งออกและนำเข้าผ่านการทำงานร่วมกันกับทีมงานและแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องรวมถึงต่างประเทศ
•การสนับสนุนลูกค้าของผลิตภัณฑ์อลูมิเนียมม้วน
•การจัดทำรายงานใด ๆ โดยโปรแกรม EJ
•ประสานงานกับผู้สนับสนุนในต่างประเทศ (ญี่ปุ่นไต้หวันและสหรัฐอเมริกา)
•ทำความเข้าใจกิจกรรมการจัดการซัพพลายเชนทั้งหมดและหัวหน้างานสนับสนุน
•ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่องประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานความสามารถในการแข่งขันด้านต้นทุน
•ทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเอกสารการจัดซื้อและการขาย
•เพื่อคาดการณ์การวางแผนการผลิตทั้งหมด


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-35 ปี
•ผู้หญิงเท่านั้น
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในการบริหารจัดการด้าน Supply Chain Management, Import-Export และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสบการณ์ 2 ปีในการวางแผนการผลิตในภาคการผลิต
•ประสบการณ์ BOI
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•การประสานงานที่ดีการทำงานเป็นทีม

•ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี
