Sales Assistant Manager (Air Freight / Logistics) (35K–40K) (SDG-60179) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (ขนส่งทางอากาศ / โลจิสติกส์) <Job Responsibilities> - Expand the Air Export tonnage, customs clearance, revenue and profit mainly as well as import & others. - Set up the year and quotation target and sales strategy with management. It is required to work with overseas team for getting business altogether. - Set up the target customer, sale revenue and weight for each sales staff. - Keep doing KPI for each staff's activity and reporting the result to management. - Keep doing the KPI for on time performance about the quotation submission and reply to customer. - Have meetings with sales and CS team for checking the activity for each staff. - It is required to be account owner about some account. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/ Female 35 - 40 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - Total working experiences in Sales functions more than 5 years - At least 3 years experience as Sales in Air freight business - Relevant working experiences in logistics and other related fields - Good command of verbal and written in English (able to communicate, report and present work with Japanese and overseas team) - Have own car and driving license for business purpose (company provided full support for travel allowance) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - TOEIC score: 550 scores and above Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Petchburi, Bangkok Working Hour 8:30-18:00(Flexible hours start 8:00/ 8:30 / 9:00 on Monday - Friday, On Saturday (8.30-12.00)) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–40,000THB About the company Products: Total Logistics Service : Air import/export, Customs clearance, worldwide consolidation system, warehousing, distribution and removals (household and personal effects). ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (ขนส่งทางอากาศ / โลจิสติกส์) (35K – 40K) (SDG-60179) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (ขนส่งทางอากาศ / โลจิสติกส์) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ขยายระวางบรรทุกการส่งออกทางอากาศพิธีการศุลกากรรายได้และกำไรส่วนใหญ่รวมทั้งการนำเข้าและอื่น ๆ - กำหนดปีและเป้าหมายใบเสนอราคาและกลยุทธ์การขายพร้อมฝ่ายบริหาร จำเป็นต้องทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานในต่างประเทศเพื่อทำธุรกิจร่วมกัน - กำหนดลูกค้าเป้าหมายรายได้จากการขายและน้ำหนักสำหรับพนักงานขายแต่ละคน - ทำ KPI สำหรับกิจกรรมของพนักงานแต่ละคนและรายงานผลต่อผู้บริหาร - ทำ KPI อย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้ตรงเวลาเกี่ยวกับการส่งใบเสนอราคาและตอบกลับลูกค้า - มีการประชุมกับฝ่ายขายและทีม CS เพื่อตรวจสอบกิจกรรมของพนักงานแต่ละคน - จำเป็นต้องเป็นเจ้าของบัญชีเกี่ยวกับบัญชีบางบัญชี <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35-40 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - ประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายงานขายมากกว่า 5 ปี - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายในธุรกิจขนส่งทางอากาศอย่างน้อย 3 ปี - มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านโลจิสติกส์และสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สามารถสื่อสารรายงานและนำเสนองานกับทีมงานชาวญี่ปุ่นและต่างประเทศได้) - มีรถยนต์และใบอนุญาตขับขี่สำหรับธุรกิจของตนเอง (บริษัท ให้การสนับสนุนค่าเดินทางอย่างเต็มที่) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - คะแนน TOEIC: 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป ทักษะภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: MRT เพชรบุรีกรุงเทพมหานคร ชั่วโมงการทำงาน 8: 30-18: 00 น.
