Purchasing Manager at Pathum Thani (50K–80K) (SDG-60138)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Overall of purchasing tasks and manage a team
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
- Contact with oversea to find new source
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Other tasks assigned by Management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, Electrical engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experiences as a Purchasing in Food Manufacturing
- Experience of 'Daily" product / Fresh product
- Have 4-10 subordinates
- Able to communicate in Chinese or English
- Good in negotiation
- Leadership skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Familiar in Fresh Food
- Able to speak Chinese

- พัฒนานำและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อ
- ติดต่อกับต่างประเทศเพื่อค้นหาแหล่งใหม่
- ติดตามและรายงานตัวชี้วัดการทำงานที่สำคัญเพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่ายและปรับปรุงประสิทธิผล
- สร้างกลยุทธ์การเจรจาต่อรองและปิดข้อตกลงด้วยเงื่อนไขที่เหมาะสมที่สุด
- ร่วมมือกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีเอกสารข้อกำหนดที่ชัดเจน
- คาดการณ์ราคาและแนวโน้มของตลาดเพื่อระบุการเปลี่ยนแปลงของความสมดุลในอำนาจของผู้ซื้อ - ซัพพลายเออร์
- ทำการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและสถานการณ์และการเปรียบเทียบ
- ประเมินจัดการและลดความเสี่ยง
- แสวงหาและเป็นพันธมิตรกับผู้ขายและซัพพลายเออร์ที่เชื่อถือได้

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการจัดซื้อในโรงงานผลิตอาหาร
- ประสบการณ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ 'รายวัน' / ผลิตภัณฑ์สด
- มีลูกน้อง 4-10 คน
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษได้
- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้ดี
- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
