HRD (Organization Development) Officer
(20K – 24K) (SDG- 60017)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบุคคลแผนกพัฒนาระบบองค์กร
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all HRD about Organization Development tasks.
• Develop and implement learning strategies and program that are aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Implement various types of training.
• Tracking budget and negotiation contract.
• Assessing the success of development plan to keep optimizing.
• Participate to other HR project.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-30 years
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, Political Science or related
• Have working experience as HRD (Organization Development) at least 2 years in any manufacturing industry
• Have working experience about training road map, talent acquisition, competency gap, skill matrix
• Advanced conversation low level of English

Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Industrial Park
Working Hour: 8:00-17:05(<Saturday Working: Average 1 time per month>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบงาน HRD ทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับงานด้านการพัฒนาองค์กร
•พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์และโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร
•ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมประเภทต่างๆ
•ติดตามงบประมาณและสัญญาการเจรจาต่อรอง
•การประเมินความสำเร็จของแผนพัฒนาเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
•เข้าร่วมโครงการ HR อื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-30 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาธุรกิจทรัพยากรมนุษย์รัฐศาสตร์หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่ง HRD (Organization Development) อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับแผนที่ถนนการฝึกอบรมการได้มาซึ่งความสามารถช่องว่างความสามารถเมทริกซ์ทักษะ
•การสนทนาขั้นสูงภาษาอังกฤษระดับต่ำ
