<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for both HRM & HRD
- Strategic planning and management
- Recruitment, organization devlopment, performance evaluation, compensation and benefit, employee relations until retirement.
- Labor law
- Control all budget / KPI / MBO of HR
- Action and follow up The company regulation.
- Support ISO 14001, IATF 16949.
- Taking care for training (Internal and external training)
- Other job as assigned by report line.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong experience as HRM & HRD in Manufacturing Company (Any Industry)
- Good management skills
- Knowledge of corporate policies, labor law, company regulations and management structure
- Knowledge of ISO, IATF
- Conversational level of English (for internal use)
- Computer skill (Microsoft office, E-mail, internet)
- Can plan strategy
- Skill of convince and negotiation and leadership
- Can make decision and control emotion
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in HRM or any related field
- Experience of set up HRD
- Holding own car
- Not change job too frequently

- การสรรหาบุคลากรการพัฒนาองค์กรการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานค่าตอบแทนและผลประโยชน์ความสัมพันธ์ของพนักงานจนถึงเกษียณอายุ
- กฎหมายแรงงาน
- ควบคุมงบประมาณ / KPI / MBO ทั้งหมดของ HR
- ดำเนินการและติดตามระเบียบ บริษัท
- รองรับ ISO 14001, IATF 16949
- ดูแลการฝึกอบรม (การฝึกอบรมภายในและภายนอก)
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามสายรายงาน
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ที่แข็งแกร่งในฐานะ HRM & HRD ใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิต (ทุกอุตสาหกรรม)
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการที่ดี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับนโยบายขององค์กรกฎหมายแรงงานข้อบังคับของ บริษัท และโครงสร้างการจัดการ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO, IATF
- ระดับการสนทนาของภาษาอังกฤษ (สำหรับใช้ภายใน)
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Microsoft office, E-mail, internet)
- สามารถวางแผนกลยุทธ์
- มีทักษะในการโน้มน้าวและเจรจาต่อรองและความเป็นผู้นำ
