Senior software Engineer (Test lead) (35K–45K) (SDG-59866)
วิศวกรซอฟต์แวร์อาวุโส (หัวหน้าฝ่ายทดสอบ)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead a test team in conducting system integration test and responsible in working with stakeholders /development team in achieving the project implementation on time
- Liaise with development team on defects tracking & resolution
- Maintain and update accurate status of test progress to all team members and management level
- Communicate with stakeholders about overall features and test plan
- Prepare of Test Plans, and control Test Cases as per company guidelines and standards
- Coordinate with development team to prepare test environment readiness before start test execution
- Manage test team to execute of testing of the software applications per agreed timelines
- Maintain test documentations such as test plans & test reports etc.
- Work along with the remaining test team on test procedures/standards/automation improvement areas and provide suggestions
- Involves throughout the software development life cycle following the CMMI standard.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Computer science or related field
- 4 years minimum as a software tester especially Automation Testing, Security Testing
- Having problem solving skill
- Basic Knowledge skill in programming with C#, JAVA, HTML,CSS
- Good command of both spoken & written English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having leading role is an advantage.
- Can communicate in Japanese language is an advantage

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เป็นผู้นำทีมทดสอบในการดำเนินการทดสอบการรวมระบบและรับผิดชอบในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย / ทีมพัฒนาในการดำเนินโครงการให้สำเร็จตามเวลา
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนาในการติดตามและแก้ไขข้อบกพร่อง
- รักษาและอัปเดตสถานะความคืบหน้าการทดสอบที่ถูกต้องให้กับสมาชิกในทีมและระดับการจัดการทั้งหมด
- สื่อสารกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติโดยรวมและแผนการทดสอบ
- จัดทำแผนการทดสอบและควบคุมกรณีทดสอบตามแนวทางและมาตรฐานของ บริษัท
- ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนาเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมของสภาพแวดล้อมการทดสอบก่อนเริ่มการทดสอบ
- จัดการทีมทดสอบเพื่อดำเนินการทดสอบแอพพลิเคชั่นซอฟต์แวร์ตามระยะเวลาที่ตกลงกัน
- ดูแลเอกสารการทดสอบเช่นแผนการทดสอบและรายงานผลการทดสอบเป็นต้น
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมทดสอบที่เหลือในขั้นตอนการทดสอบ / มาตรฐาน / พื้นที่ปรับปรุงระบบอัตโนมัติและให้ข้อเสนอแนะ
- เกี่ยวข้องตลอดวงจรชีวิตการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ตามมาตรฐาน CMMI
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 26-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรคอมพิวเตอร์วิศวกรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ขั้นต่ำ 4 ปีในการเป็นผู้ทดสอบซอฟต์แวร์โดยเฉพาะ Automation Testing, Security Testing
- มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหา
- ทักษะความรู้พื้นฐานในการเขียนโปรแกรมด้วย C #, JAVA, HTML, CSS
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทั้งพูดและเขียนได้ดี
