Finance & Accounting Manager (74K – 89K) (SDG-59835)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Control overall Accounting & Finance Function (AR, AP, Cost, Finance)
• Control and Review accounting document as general ledger reports, costing reports, Account Receivable & Accounting Receivable, Fixed Asset, Transaction, Reconciliation, VAT reports and Annual Financial statement reports.
• Cost calculate by Standard cost and compare actual cost (Accpac Program)
• Review cash flow planning
• Prepare Budget and compare with the actual report and report to management
• To calculate income taxed (CIT)
• To understand Severance benefit
• To coordinate physical inventories and cycle counts
• To coordinate with Revenue Department and Auditor
• To control stock and inventory Fixed Assets twice a year
• Set KPI and Monitoring the result, observe accounting improve activities compliance activities.
• To prepare details for shareholder meeting about Board of Directors Meeting, Annual Dividend Payment, Interim Dividend
• To prepare any document to Thai government.
• Perform any other tasks/projects as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 38-45 years
• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related filed
• At least 15 years of experience as accounting in manufacturing filed.
• At least 5 years of experience as management level in financial and accounting in manufacturing filed.
• License holder CPD
• Conversational middle level of English
• Knowledge in accounting standards (IFRS) and tax law very well.
• To understand Severance benefit
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Positive attitude and flexible, especially in period of month/quarter/year-end closing
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Ability to improve efficiency in the daily work.
• Knowledge in accpac, well fixed, cost ap, Atlantis is preferable
• Prefer who from manufacturing as big scale (employee 1000 pax up)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ควบคุมฟังก์ชันการบัญชีและการเงินโดยรวม (AR, AP, ต้นทุน, การเงิน)
•ควบคุมและตรวจสอบเอกสารทางบัญชีเป็นรายงานบัญชีแยกประเภทรายงานต้นทุนบัญชีลูกหนี้และบัญชีลูกหนี้สินทรัพย์ถาวรธุรกรรมการกระทบยอดรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและรายงานงบการเงินประจำปี
•คำนวณต้นทุนตามต้นทุนมาตรฐานและเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนจริง (โปรแกรม Accpac)
•ทบทวนการวางแผนกระแสเงินสด
•จัดทำงบประมาณและเปรียบเทียบกับรายงานจริงและรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร
•ในการคำนวณรายได้ที่ต้องเสียภาษี (CIT)
•เพื่อทำความเข้าใจประโยชน์ของ Severance
•เพื่อประสานงานสินค้าคงเหลือทางกายภาพและการนับรอบ
•ประสานงานกับกรมสรรพากรและผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี
•ควบคุมสต็อกและสินค้าคงคลังสินทรัพย์ถาวรปีละสองครั้ง
•กำหนด KPI และการตรวจสอบผลลัพธ์สังเกตการบัญชีปรับปรุงกิจกรรมการปฏิบัติตาม
•จัดทำรายละเอียดสำหรับการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นเกี่ยวกับการประชุมคณะกรรมการการจ่ายเงินปันผลประจำปีการจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาล
•จัดเตรียมเอกสารใด ๆ ต่อรัฐบาลไทย
•ปฏิบัติงาน / โครงการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 38-45 ปี
•วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปสาขาบัญชีการเงินหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีในการผลิตอย่างน้อย 15 ปี
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้บริหารด้านการเงินและบัญชีด้านการผลิต
•ผู้ถือใบอนุญาต CPD
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการบัญชี (IFRS) และกฎหมายภาษีเป็นอย่างดี
•เพื่อทำความเข้าใจประโยชน์ของ Severance
•มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน MS Office และโปรแกรมบัญชี
•ความสามารถในการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รวดเร็วโดยเน้นความถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
•ทัศนคติเชิงบวกและยืดหยุ่นโดยเฉพาะในช่วงปิดเดือน / ไตรมาส / สิ้นปี
•ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่มีความสามารถในการเสนอแนะการปรับปรุง
•ความสามารถในการทำงานหลายอย่างและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน
•ความสามารถในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานประจำวัน
•ความรู้ใน accpac คงที่ดีค่าใช้จ่ายแอตแลนติสเป็นที่ต้องการ
•ชอบใครจากการผลิตขนาดใหญ่ (พนักงาน 1,000 คนขึ้นไป)
