Purchasing Staff (20K–23K) (SDG-59779)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for purchasing: Raw materials for women's lingerie such as Thread, Fabric, Chemical for production process etc.
*Not only purchase but also coordinate for the process with other department in Kabinburi Factory
- Get order information from Sales to proceed Raw material and packaging Ordering process.
- Issue Purchasing Order or Revising order if necessary
- Follow for delivery process to meet the timeline and also standard.
- Making Notice Letter to suppliers in case of defect or NG case
- Sourcing for New Material to support R&D department
- Coordinate with suppliers for Product's Quality Improvement
- Deliver New material for Quality, SPEC check process
- Making report and also working improvement method, then propose to report line
- Collecting documents by following company standard
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree (prefer from Marketing, Business Administration, Social science)
- At least 1 year experience of Purchasing field (Any product)
- Able to handle English document and email correspondence
- Good Computer skill (MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Not give up easily and be open minded person who's keen to learn new things
- Comfort to attend training process in Kabinburi for 2 weeks
- Good coordinate, negotiation skills (both internal and external)
- Able to complete work process by deadline
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of SAP
- Experience in women's lingerie or related industry

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
รับผิดชอบในการจัดซื้อ: วัตถุดิบสำหรับชุดชั้นในสตรีเช่นด้ายผ้าเคมีสำหรับกระบวนการผลิตเป็นต้น
* ไม่เพียงจัดซื้อ แต่ยังประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ ในโรงงานกบินทร์บุรี
- รับข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อจากฝ่ายขายเพื่อดำเนินการขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์
- ออกใบสั่งซื้อหรือแก้ไขคำสั่งซื้อหากจำเป็น
- ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการจัดส่งให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลาและได้มาตรฐาน
- การทำหนังสือแจ้งให้ซัพพลายเออร์ในกรณีที่มีข้อบกพร่องหรือกรณี NG
- จัดหาวัสดุใหม่เพื่อสนับสนุนแผนก R&D
- ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์
- ส่งมอบวัสดุใหม่สำหรับกระบวนการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ SPEC
- จัดทำรายงานและวิธีการปรับปรุงการทำงานแล้วเสนอสายรายงาน
- รวบรวมเอกสารตามมาตรฐาน บริษัท
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 23-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี (ชอบจากการตลาดบริหารธุรกิจสังคมศาสตร์)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้ออย่างน้อย 1 ปี (สินค้าใด ๆ )
- สามารถจัดการเอกสารและอีเมลภาษาอังกฤษได้
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ไม่ยอมแพ้ง่าย ๆ และเป็นคนที่เปิดใจกว้างกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ
- สะดวกสบายในการเข้ารับการอบรมที่กบินทร์บุรีเป็นเวลา 2 สัปดาห์
- ประสานงานได้ดีมีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง (ทั้งภายในและภายนอก)
- สามารถดำเนินการตามกำหนดเวลา
