Sales Manager (Leasing for Copy Machine) (60K–70K) (SDG-59478)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (เช่าเครื่องถ่ายเอกสาร)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
- Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 30-38 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of working experiences in Sales for Leasing function (any products are welcome)
- Knowledge of leasing business, credit analysis, credit assessment and other related
- Good command of verbal and written in English (to use for internal communication with Japanese expats and in documents)
- Management skill: 4 persons and above
- Have driving license to drive company's car for business purpose

- Products knowledge of office supplies machines products

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- กำหนดหน่วยรายปีและแผนกำไรขั้นต้นโดยใช้กลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด และวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มและผลลัพธ์
- กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์การขายโดยการคาดการณ์และพัฒนาโควต้าการขายประจำปีสำหรับภูมิภาคและเขตแดน และคาดการณ์ปริมาณการขายและกำไรที่คาดหวังสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีอยู่และผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- ดำเนินโครงการขายระดับประเทศโดยการพัฒนาแผนปฏิบัติการขายภาคสนาม
- รักษาปริมาณการขายส่วนประสมผลิตภัณฑ์และราคาขายโดยให้สอดคล้องกับอุปสงค์และอุปทานแนวโน้มที่เปลี่ยนแปลงตัวบ่งชี้ทางเศรษฐกิจและคู่แข่ง
- กำหนดและปรับราคาขายโดยติดตามต้นทุนการแข่งขันและอุปสงค์และอุปทาน
- ดำเนินการตามข้อกำหนดในการดำเนินงานด้านการขายของประเทศโดยกำหนดตารางเวลาและมอบหมายพนักงาน และติดตามผลการทำงาน
- ดูแลพนักงานขายระดับประเทศโดยการสรรหาคัดเลือกปฐมนิเทศและฝึกอบรมพนักงาน
- รักษาผลการทำงานของพนักงานขายในระดับประเทศโดยการให้คำปรึกษาและการลงโทษทางวินัยแก่พนักงาน และการวางแผนติดตามและประเมินผลงาน
- รักษาความรู้ทางวิชาชีพและทางเทคนิคโดยเข้าร่วมการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านการศึกษาทบทวนสิ่งพิมพ์ระดับมืออาชีพสร้างเครือข่ายส่วนบุคคลและเข้าร่วมในสังคมวิชาชีพ
- มีส่วนช่วยในการทำงานเป็นทีมโดยบรรลุผลลัพธ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามต้องการ

- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Sales for Leasing อย่างน้อย 5 ปี (ยินดีรับสินค้าทุกชนิด)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจลีสซิ่งการวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อการประเมินสินเชื่อและอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อใช้ในการสื่อสารภายในกับชาวต่างชาติชาวญี่ปุ่นและในเอกสาร)
- ทักษะการบริหาร: 4 คนขึ้นไป
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ของ บริษัท เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ
