Technical Support Assistant Manager (50K–80K) (SDG-59334)
<Job Responsibilities>
Technical support 80%/ Sales tasks: 20%
- Provide product training to country local technical service team as well as the technicians of the distributors about product knowledge / trouble shooting.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, understand their requirement and propose right solution based on company product portfolio.
- Own and resolve all technical issues with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Support warranty claims for products to ensure the team provides efficient and effective technical services to customers.
- Manage the investigation, treatment and follow-up of customer complaints regarding quality and performance of products in the field.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations for product improvements as well as new product development.
- Manage and evaluate distributor’s technical service by service policy and standard.
- Special attention to problem solving for claims from key accounts and developers
- Drive the local technical team and improve working effectiveness, support and report to technical support manager.
- Support Sales by implementing the demo (include demo kit management) and example applications in Pre-Sales/Post Sales activities to meet Sales goals.
- Participate in field tests with customers when required.
- Manage subordinate and support sales team.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Control Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in technical support in factory automation industry with team leadership roles and responsibility
- Familiar with Industrial Automation products, i.e. PLC, HMI, Safety (Interlock Switch, Laser Scanner, Sensor, etc.)
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Own car and has driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience with digital marketing/creating content
- Have own car

- รักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยมกับลูกค้าเข้าใจความต้องการและเสนอโซลูชันที่เหมาะสมตามกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ของ บริษัท
- เป็นเจ้าของและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคทั้งหมดด้วยความเร่งด่วนและความเป็นมืออาชีพ
- สนับสนุนการอ้างสิทธิ์การรับประกันสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าทีมงานให้บริการทางเทคนิคที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลแก่ลูกค้า
- จัดการการตรวจสอบการรักษาและการติดตามข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ในภาคสนาม
- ให้คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคและคำแนะนำสำหรับการปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ตลอดจนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- จัดการและประเมินบริการด้านเทคนิคของผู้จัดจำหน่ายตามนโยบายและมาตรฐานการบริการ
- ให้ความสนใจเป็นพิเศษในการแก้ปัญหาสำหรับการอ้างสิทธิ์จากบัญชีหลักและนักพัฒนา
- ขับเคลื่อนทีมเทคนิคในพื้นที่และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานการสนับสนุนและรายงานต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค
- สนับสนุนการขายโดยการใช้การสาธิต (รวมถึงการจัดการชุดสาธิต) และแอปพลิเคชันตัวอย่างในกิจกรรมก่อนการขาย / หลังการขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
- เข้าร่วมการทดสอบภาคสนามกับลูกค้าเมื่อจำเป็น
- จัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและสนับสนุนทีมขาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 35-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า / อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ / ควบคุม
- ขั้นต่ำ 5 ปีในการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคในอุตสาหกรรมระบบอัตโนมัติในโรงงานโดยมีบทบาทและความรับผิดชอบในการเป็นผู้นำทีม
- คุ้นเคยกับผลิตภัณฑ์ระบบอัตโนมัติทางอุตสาหกรรมเช่น PLC, HMI, Safety (Interlock Switch, Laser Scanner, Sensor เป็นต้น)
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเองและมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
