<Job Responsibilities> - Controlling Import & Export LCL/FCL/Bulk shipment at Bangkok Port with privilege concerned such as Bis19, BOI, Blue corner, Bonded, Free Zone and etc. - Quotation control (Issue quotation for Import & Export shipment to customer/overseas agent/headquarter) - Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports and exports or customer issues - Effectively communicate with various cross team members in an effort to problem solve and provide our customers with a high level satisfaction. - Direct Customer Service with new and current customers. - Accomplish other job related duties as assigned from Manager/Director/MD. - Negotiate transportation /sub-warehouse /sub-contractor/suppliers rate & service - Control all staffs to follow company rules and compliance the policy - Analysis causes of problem and find out the methods to be proper and correct - Cost & Expenses control in team - Consider the necessity of equipment's, materials and tools to support the operation team - Check safety rules and work procedure for safety work in work place - Analysis causes of accident, provide the corrective action and approve accident report - Propose solution report to customer and management. - Giving an advise to customer for special export packing securing & design. - Cross border / In transit service control. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male 27 – 35 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field. - At least 5 years experience in management and logistics related fields. - Experience in import, export, supply chain, government authority (tax privilege & customs formality) - Experience on negotiating of suppliers related logistics, and issuing quotation to clients. - Experience in coordinating with overseas agent, sales team, customer service. - Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Computer literacy (Microsoft office). - Willing to work at odd hours, on weekends and holidays. - Readiness to travel upcountry. - Good command of English <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in machine installation and over-sized cargo handling are advantage. Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Surasak, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri / (Alternative Saturday (Half day 8:30 – 12:00/ after that will be counted as OT), Twice a month)) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–50,000THB

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ควบคุมการนำเข้าและส่งออก LCL / FCL / การขนส่งสินค้าจำนวนมากที่ท่าเรือกรุงเทพโดยมีสิทธิพิเศษที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น Bis19, BOI, Blue corner, Bonded, Free Zone และอื่น ๆ - การควบคุมใบเสนอราคา (ออกใบเสนอราคาสำหรับการนำเข้าและส่งออกการจัดส่งให้ลูกค้า / ตัวแทนในต่างประเทศ / สำนักงานใหญ่) - แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งระบบโลจิสติกส์การนำเข้าและส่งออกหรือปัญหาของลูกค้า - สื่อสารกับสมาชิกในทีมข้ามกลุ่มต่างๆได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อแก้ปัญหาและมอบความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าในระดับสูง - บริการลูกค้าโดยตรงกับลูกค้าใหม่และลูกค้าปัจจุบัน - ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ / ผู้อำนวยการ / ผอ. - เจรจาการขนส่ง / คลังสินค้าย่อย / ผู้รับเหมาย่อย / อัตราซัพพลายเออร์และบริการ - ควบคุมพนักงานทุกคนให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของ บริษัท และปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย - วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาและหาวิธีการที่เหมาะสมและถูกต้อง - การควบคุมต้นทุนและค่าใช้จ่ายในทีม - พิจารณาความจำเป็นของอุปกรณ์วัสดุและเครื่องมือเพื่อสนับสนุนทีมปฏิบัติการ - ตรวจสอบกฎความปลอดภัยและขั้นตอนการทำงานสำหรับงานด้านความปลอดภัยในสถานที่ทำงาน - วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของอุบัติเหตุดำเนินการแก้ไขและอนุมัติรายงานอุบัติเหตุ - เสนอรายงานการแก้ปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าและผู้บริหาร - ให้คำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการรักษาความปลอดภัยและการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อการส่งออกเป็นพิเศษ - ข้ามพรมแดน / ในการควบคุมบริการขนส่ง <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 27-35 ปี - ปริญญาตรีสาขาธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการและโลจิสติกส์ - มีประสบการณ์ในการนำเข้าส่งออกซัพพลายเชนหน่วยงานของรัฐ (สิทธิพิเศษทางภาษีและพิธีการทางศุลกากร) - มีประสบการณ์ในการเจรจาต่อรองซัพพลายเออร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโลจิสติกส์และการออกใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า - มีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานกับตัวแทนต่างประเทศทีมขายฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า - มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองมีความเป็นผู้นำการวิเคราะห์และแนวคิด - ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Microsoft office) - ยินดีที่จะทำงานในเวลาคี่ในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์และวันหยุด - ความพร้อมในการเดินทางต่างจังหวัด - ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรและการขนถ่ายสินค้าเกินขนาดเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ ทักษะภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS สุรศักดิ์กรุงเทพมหานคร ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8: 30-17: 00 น.
