Senior Purchasing Officer
(24K – 27K) (SDG-59283)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Source new item from both local & oversea suppliers in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia. (Office equipment, Raw material, Production equipment Ex.jig fixture)
• Analyses price before approval by Management level.
• Execute cost down activity.
• Place order to supplier and follow up delivery.
• Audit new supplier & evaluate supplier performance.
• Make cost down & purchasing report.
• Other task might be assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experience at least 3 years about purchasing in any manufacturing industry
• Have working experience in purchasing of mechanical & electrical parts, technical equipment, raw material
• Advanced conversation middle level of English
• Able to use Microsoft Office Program
• Have TOEIC score more than 600 is preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดหาสินค้าใหม่จากซัพพลายเออร์ทั้งในและต่างประเทศในญี่ปุ่น,,สิงคโปร์, มาเลเซีย (อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน, วัตถุดิบ, อุปกรณ์การผลิต Ex.jig fixture)
•วิเคราะห์ราคาก่อนอนุมัติตามระดับบริหาร
•ดำเนินกิจกรรมลดต้นทุน
•สั่งซื้อไปยังซัพพลายเออร์และติดตามการจัดส่ง
•ตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์ใหม่และประเมินประสิทธิภาพของซัพพลายเออร์
•จัดทำรายงานการลดต้นทุนและการจัดซื้อ
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-35 ปี
•ปริญญาตรี
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับการจัดซื้อในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในการจัดซื้อชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรกลไฟฟ้าอุปกรณ์ทางเทคนิควัตถุดิบ
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
•คะแนน TOEIC มากกว่า 600 จะดีมาก
