International Sales Officer (25K–35K) (SDG-59085)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายต่างประเทศ
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for international sales by supporting distributors in oversea (i.e. Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippine, Malaysia etc.) to expand sales channels and brand awareness in assigned country.
- Regularly monitor on daily sales activities and sales progress by collecting information from oversea distributors by e-mail or telephone.
- Work closely with export team to summarize, analyze data (i.e. sales progress, inventory status, marketing activities etc.) and report Japanese management.
- Coordinate with oversea distributors for marketing activities/strategy proposal with the oversea distributors.
- Maintain and develop trusted long-term relationships with distributors in order to ensure that all requests or issues from distributors are promptly shared to Supervisor and followed up.
- Handle sales negotiation and explain new product features including visiting stores with distributor in order to exchange the opinion and coach the product display and sales promotion.
- Develop knowledge and understand our market to be identified new opportunities and relevant strategic approaches in assigned country.
- Actively conduct market research about the product information of competitive brands in each assigned country.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female 25-32 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance
- At least 3 years experience in sale and marketing strategies selling consumer products (B2C business) to distributors
- Conversational high level of English Good in writing, listening, speaking
- Good personality and good in relationship building
- Have strong will to perform challenging work
- Be able to travel oversea
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have working background in Japanese company and familiar with Japanese company culture
- Be able to communicate in Japanese

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบการขายระหว่างประเทศโดยสนับสนุนตัวแทนจำหน่ายในต่างประเทศ (เช่นเวียดนามอินโดนีเซียฟิลิปปินส์มาเลเซียเป็นต้น) เพื่อขยายช่องทางการขายและการรับรู้แบรนด์ในประเทศที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ตรวจสอบกิจกรรมการขายประจำวันและความคืบหน้าการขายอย่างสม่ำเสมอโดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากตัวแทนจำหน่ายในต่างประเทศทางอีเมลหรือโทรศัพท์
- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมส่งออกเพื่อสรุปวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (เช่นความคืบหน้าการขายสถานะสินค้าคงคลังกิจกรรมทางการตลาด ฯลฯ ) และรายงานการจัดการของญี่ปุ่น
- ประสานงานกับตัวแทนจำหน่ายในต่างประเทศสำหรับกิจกรรมการตลาด / ข้อเสนอกลยุทธ์กับตัวแทนจำหน่ายในต่างประเทศ
- รักษาและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวที่เชื่อถือได้กับผู้จัดจำหน่ายเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าคำขอหรือปัญหาทั้งหมดจากผู้จัดจำหน่ายจะถูกแบ่งปันไปยังหัวหน้างานทันทีและติดตาม
- จัดการเจรจาการขายและอธิบายคุณลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่รวมถึงการเยี่ยมชมร้านค้ากับตัวแทนจำหน่ายเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและเป็นโค้ชในการแสดงสินค้าและการส่งเสริมการขาย
- พัฒนาความรู้และทำความเข้าใจตลาดของเราเพื่อระบุโอกาสใหม่ ๆ และแนวทางเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในประเทศที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดอย่างแข็งขันเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ของแบรนด์คู่แข่งในแต่ละประเทศที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 25-32 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการเงินขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการขายและกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดที่ขายสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค (ธุรกิจ B2C) ให้กับตัวแทนจำหน่าย
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูงสามารถเขียน, ฟัง, พูดได้
- มีบุคลิกภาพดีและมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีความตั้งใจจริงที่จะทำงานที่ท้าทาย
- สามารถเดินทางไปต่างประเทศได้
