Sales Staff (23K–24K) (SDG-59007)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย
<Job Responsibilities>
- Build and maintain relationship with existing customers.
- Seeking for new potential suppliers.
- Manage sales target and reporting sales information, resolving problems.
- Identify and analyze market, handle sales and marketing activity to meet customer inquiries.
- Sales Machine, Spare part, equipment, etc. for factory.
- To present company's image, proposal and get new customer.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Contact maker (Japan, Taiwan, China, Thailand)
- Gain a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements.
- Report back on sales progress, feedback and attainment of goals.
- Strive to gain competitive and keep up with industry developments.
- Making report in English Language to Japanese Manager.
- Visit clients by company car with own drive 4 days per week (mainly located in Rayong and manufacturing area)
- Prepare document such as PO, Quotation.
- Other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 24-30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience as Sales or Sales Engineer in trading company or manufacturing company (Machine, Spare part, equipment etc. for factory are required).
- Having knowledge in Import process
- Good communicate in English with JP report line, maker and also clients, E-mail and report
- Holding car license (Use company car only for visit customer.)
- Strong skill in Negotiation, Active, Responsible under pressure.
- Can work and take over night at Rayong province (Not often). (In case necessary tasks assigned such as installation etc.)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่มีอยู่
- มองหาซัพพลายเออร์ใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ
- จัดการเป้าหมายการขายและรายงานข้อมูลการขายการแก้ไขปัญหา
- ระบุและวิเคราะห์ตลาดจัดการกิจกรรมการขายและการตลาดเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ขายเครื่องจักรอะไหล่อุปกรณ์ ฯลฯ สำหรับโรงงาน
- เพื่อนำเสนอภาพลักษณ์ของ บริษัท ข้อเสนอและรับลูกค้าใหม่
- เจรจาเงื่อนไขข้อตกลงและปิดการขาย
- ผู้ติดต่อ (ญี่ปุ่นไต้หวันจีนไทย)
- ทำความเข้าใจอย่างชัดเจนเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจและความต้องการของลูกค้า
- รายงานความคืบหน้าการขายข้อเสนอแนะและการบรรลุเป้าหมาย
- มุ่งมั่นที่จะแข่งขันและติดตามการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม
- ทำรายงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษให้ผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
- เยี่ยมลูกค้าโดยรถยนต์ของ บริษัท พร้อมขับเอง 4 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในจังหวัดระยองและแหล่งผลิต)
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารเช่น PO, ใบเสนอราคา
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 24-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการเงินขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปีในตำแหน่ง Sales หรือ Sales Engineer ใน บริษัท การค้าหรือ บริษัท ผู้ผลิต (ต้องการเครื่องจักรอะไหล่อุปกรณ์ ฯลฯ สำหรับโรงงาน)
- มีความรู้ในกระบวนการนำเข้า
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีด้วยสายรายงาน JP ผู้ผลิตและลูกค้าอีเมลและรายงาน
- ถือใบขับขี่รถยนต์ (ใช้รถของ บริษัท สำหรับลูกค้าที่มาเยี่ยมเท่านั้น)
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองกระตือรือร้นมีความรับผิดชอบภายใต้แรงกดดัน
- สามารถทำงานค้างคืนที่จังหวัดระยองได้ (ไม่บ่อย) (ในกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องมอบหมายงานเช่นการติดตั้งเป็นต้น)
