เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัย
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
- Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
- Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
- Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
- Need to prepare documents for government sector
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male 30-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related
- At least 5 years as Safety Officer experience in manufacturing company
- Have Safety , Health and Environment License
- Basic level of English
- Can commute
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in Japanese Automotive or general Appliances industry

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามแผนด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยในสถานที่ทำงานตามแนวทางกฎหมาย
- จัดทำและบังคับใช้นโยบายเพื่อสร้างวัฒนธรรมด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัย
- แนะนำแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาโอกาสในการปรับปรุงหรือมาตรการป้องกันใหม่ ๆ
- ประเมินการปฏิบัติขั้นตอนและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงและการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและกฎหมายโดยการตรวจสอบพนักงานและการปฏิบัติงาน
- ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักรเพื่อสังเกตสภาพที่ไม่ปลอดภัยที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
- รายงานการรับรู้ปัญหาและสถิติด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัย
- ต้องเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับส่วนราชการ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 30-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัยใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิตอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีใบอนุญาตด้านความปลอดภัยอาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ระดับพื้นฐานของภาษาอังกฤษ
- สามารถเดินทางได้

- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ญี่ปุ่นหรือเครื่องใช้ทั่วไป
