IT & SAP Officer (25K–30K) (SDG-58722)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with colleagues to operate SAP
- Create Bills of Material (BOM) and code in SAP
- Contact with suppliers, service providers, vendors for inquiry and maintenance
- Installing basic computer programs; Windows, Outlook, Anti-virus, etc.
- Maintenance computers, tools and equipment (Hardware, Software) including network system
- Back up data as necessary as required by the company
- Make listing report of hardware, software, tools and equipment which related to computers and IT system, seek inquiry for purchasing
- Solving problems; computer errors, help desk support, internet connection
- Make report related to IT and computers
- Others as assigned by supervisors

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 24-30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years experiences of using SAP system
- Having experience in creating Bills of Material (BOM) and code in SAP
- Having computer knowledge and capable of installing basic computer programs; Windows, Outlook, Anti-virus, etc.
- Good command in English (Internal communication)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience at a Japanese company

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ประสานงานกับเพื่อนร่วมงานเพื่อดำเนินการ SAP
- สร้างรายการวัสดุ (BOM) และรหัสใน SAP
- ติดต่อกับซัพพลายเออร์ผู้ให้บริการผู้ขายเพื่อสอบถามและซ่อมบำรุง
- การติดตั้งโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน Windows, Outlook, Anti-virus ฯลฯ
- ซ่อมบำรุงคอมพิวเตอร์เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ (ฮาร์ดแวร์ซอฟต์แวร์) รวมถึงระบบเครือข่าย
- สำรองข้อมูลตามความจำเป็นตามที่ บริษัท กำหนด
- จัดทำรายงานรายชื่อฮาร์ดแวร์ซอฟต์แวร์เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบไอทีสอบถามรายละเอียดการจัดซื้อ
- แก้ไขปัญหา; ข้อผิดพลาดของคอมพิวเตอร์การสนับสนุนแผนกช่วยเหลือการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต
- จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไอทีและคอมพิวเตอร์
- อื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 24-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานระบบ SAP อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการสร้าง Bills of Material (BOM) และ code ใน SAP
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และสามารถติดตั้งโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ Windows, Outlook, Anti-virus ฯลฯ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารภายใน)

- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่ บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น
