HR Executive (Senior-Assistant Manager) (Japanese Speaking) (35K–50K) (SDG-58654)

<Job Responsibilities>
To handle full spectrum of Human Resources and Japanese expatriate support.

(1) Human Resources
- Closely contact with line manager to deliver HR solution in terms of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Organization Development.
- Assist HR Senior Manager and GM support Global HR Project initiation.
- In charge of consultation to group of companies in Thailand and be center in HR matter.
- Cooperate and ensure HR process are in compliance with requirement from Regional Headquarters in Singapore.

(2) Japanese expatriate support on Human Resources.
- Oversees Japanese expatriate support under company International Assignment (IA) policy.
- Handle new assignment relocation and repatriation
- Payroll (Salary, Allowance(i.e. Housing, Education, etc), Bonus) for JP expatriate only with Payroll outsource support
- Administration of Employees Self Service system to update and maintain employee data on company HRIS system


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 28-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business or equivalent
- 5 - 10 years of working experiences in Human Resources (especially Payroll and Recruitment) and Japanese Expat support.
- Good command of English
- Good command of Japanese (speaking and written) (JLPT N2 or above)
- Computer skills i.e. MS.Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Analytical skills with good problem solving skills
- Service Mind, Good interpersonal and communication skills

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
เพื่อจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคลและการสนับสนุนชาวต่างชาติชาวญี่ปุ่นอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ

(1) ทรัพยากรบุคคล
- ติดต่ออย่างใกล้ชิดกับผู้จัดการสายงานเพื่อส่งมอบโซลูชันด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลในแง่ของการได้มาซึ่งความสามารถการจัดการความสามารถและการพัฒนาองค์กร
- ช่วยผู้จัดการอาวุโสฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและ GM สนับสนุนการริเริ่มโครงการ HR ระดับโลก
- ดูแลให้คำปรึกษากับกลุ่ม บริษัท ในประเทศไทยและเป็นศูนย์กลางในเรื่อง HR
- ร่วมมือและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการ HR เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดจากสำนักงานใหญ่ประจำภูมิภาคในสิงคโปร์

(2) การสนับสนุนจากชาวต่างชาติชาวญี่ปุ่นในด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล
- ดูแลการสนับสนุนชาวต่างชาติชาวญี่ปุ่นภายใต้นโยบาย International Assignment (IA) ของ บริษัท
- จัดการการย้ายที่ได้รับมอบหมายและการส่งตัวกลับประเทศใหม่
- เงินเดือน (เงินเดือนเบี้ยเลี้ยง (เช่นที่อยู่อาศัยการศึกษา ฯลฯ ) โบนัส) สำหรับชาวต่างชาติ JP เท่านั้นที่มีการสนับสนุน Payroll outsource
- ดูแลระบบ Self Service ของพนักงานเพื่ออัพเดทและรักษาข้อมูลพนักงานในระบบ HRIS ของ บริษัท


<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 28-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ / ธุรกิจหรือเทียบเท่า
- ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5 - 10 ปีในด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล (โดยเฉพาะ Payroll and Recruitment) และการสนับสนุนชาวต่างชาติชาวญี่ปุ่น
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (พูดและเขียน) (JLPT N2 ขึ้นไป)
- ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เช่น MS.Word, Excel, Power Point เป็นต้น
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และมีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสารที่ดี
