Design Engineer
(24K – 36K) (SDG-58311)
วิศวกรออกแบบ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• 1) Design Task
・Responsible on metal product design by CAD/CAM program.
・Checking product and mold accuracy.
・Analyze the problem continuously conducting product and mold correction and inspection.
・Update the drawing to be correct.
• 2) New Model Task
・Develop & Design new model.
・Making plan for development follow customer required and corporate with production department.
・Checking final product to achieve customer requirement and make document submit customer.
・Mass Production preparation to transfer to production department (Tooling , Spec ,Material ).
・Generate document for mass production preparation .
・Perform other duties as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-35 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 3 years working experience as product design engineer from Automotive manufacturing.
• Advance conversational low level in English (Read and write report).
• Can work as a team and can work under pressure.
• Have mold design experience is preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday *Saturday Working: one a month or twice a month)

•หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• 1) งานออกแบบ
・ รับผิดชอบในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะโดยโปรแกรม CAD / CAM
・ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของผลิตภัณฑ์และแม่พิมพ์
・ วิเคราะห์ปัญหาอย่างต่อเนื่องดำเนินการแก้ไขและตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์และแม่พิมพ์
・ ปรับปรุงรูปวาดให้ถูกต้อง
• 2) งานโมเดลใหม่
・ พัฒนาและออกแบบโมเดลใหม่
・ วางแผนพัฒนาตามความต้องการของลูกค้าและร่วมมือกับฝ่ายผลิต
・ ตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ขั้นสุดท้ายเพื่อให้บรรลุความต้องการของลูกค้าและจัดทำเอกสารส่งลูกค้า
・ การเตรียมการผลิตจำนวนมากเพื่อโอนไปยังแผนกการผลิต (Tooling, Spec, Material)
・ สร้างเอกสารสำหรับการเตรียมการผลิตจำนวนมาก
・ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
•ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 27-35 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากโรงงานผลิตยานยนต์
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (อ่านและเขียนรายงาน)
•สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
•มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบแม่พิมพ์เป็นที่ต้องการ
ทักษะภาษา
•ภาษาอังกฤษ: การสนทนา
•ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี
