Service Engineer (Staff to Senior Level) @ SamutPrakan (40K-80K) (SDG-58283)
วิศวกรบริการ
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle machinery projects to be installed to various customers in domestic, Asian and Oceania regions
- Responsibility includes installation, test run and commissioning, operator training and acceptance/validation trials of the system
- Be assigned to maintenance and overhaul of machinery to various customers
- Give technical support to customers in case there are technical issues or machine breakdown.
- Be able to visit customer in case onsite troubleshooting is required
- Support the machine assembly projects at Samutprakarn factory
- Report to Engineering Manager for project progress and daily activities
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as service engineer for industrial machine (Client expect for both Electrical & Mechanical ability)
- Basic knowledge of PLC
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Able to drive (holding driving license - company car supported) and able to travel both locally and abroad for machine projects.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English (Communicate with client and report line, writing report and email) *At least conversational high
- Patient person, Able to do hard work
- Strong technical and analytical proficiency with the ability to multi-task effectively
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience as service engineer for packaging machinery
- Training and Experience/Exposure with Allen-Bradley /Semen /Mitsubishi PLC/HMI programming and other Rockwell’s automation products

- จัดการโครงการเครื่องจักรที่จะติดตั้งให้กับลูกค้าหลายรายในภูมิภาคเอเชียและโอเชียเนีย
- ความรับผิดชอบรวมถึงการติดตั้งการทดสอบและการว่าจ้างการฝึกอบรมผู้ปฏิบัติงานและการทดสอบการยอมรับ / การตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของระบบ
- ได้รับมอบหมายให้ดูแลและยกเครื่องเครื่องจักรให้กับลูกค้าหลายราย
- ให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้าในกรณีที่มีปัญหาทางเทคนิคหรือเครื่องเสีย
- สามารถเยี่ยมลูกค้าได้ในกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องแก้ไขปัญหานอกสถานที่
- สนับสนุนโครงการประกอบเครื่องจักรที่โรงงานสมุทรปราการ
- รายงานต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายวิศวกรรมสำหรับความคืบหน้าของโครงการและกิจกรรมประจำวัน
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 30-40 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า / อิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรบริการสำหรับเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม (ลูกค้าคาดหวังทั้งความสามารถด้านไฟฟ้าและเครื่องกล)
- ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับ PLC
- ความสามารถในการอ่านและตีความแผนภาพการเดินสายไฟ
- สามารถขับรถได้ (มีใบขับขี่ - มีรถของ บริษัท รองรับ) และสามารถเดินทางทั้งในและต่างประเทศเพื่อทำโครงการเครื่องจักรได้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและสายรายงานเขียนรายงานและอีเมล) * สนทนาได้อย่างน้อย
- ผู้ป่วยสามารถทำงานหนักได้
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิคและการวิเคราะห์ที่แข็งแกร่งพร้อมความสามารถในการทำงานหลายอย่างได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
