Lawyer (20K–50K) (SDG-58015)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Give legal advice to clients as a consultant in any field
- Investigate the matter offered by client and prepare the report in English
- Support registration of company especially BOI registration and M＆A by giving legal advice and preparing legal documents
- Support preparing and reviewing legal documents for investment of property, contract of employment etc..
- Other duties assigned by Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of engineering
- At least 1 year of working experience in international or Japanese Legal firm
- Can speak English fluently
- Holding Lawyer License
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience of project such as M&A, BOI registration

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่ลูกค้าในฐานะที่ปรึกษาในทุกสาขา
- ตรวจสอบเรื่องที่ลูกค้าเสนอและจัดทำรายงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- รองรับการจดทะเบียน บริษัท โดยเฉพาะการจดทะเบียน BOI และ M＆A โดยให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายและจัดเตรียมเอกสารทางกฎหมาย
- สนับสนุนการจัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบเอกสารทางกฎหมายสำหรับการลงทุนอสังหาริมทรัพย์สัญญาจ้างงาน ฯลฯ ..
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 25-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในสำนักงานกฎหมายต่างประเทศหรือญี่ปุ่น
- สามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- ถือใบอนุญาตทนายความ

- มีประสบการณ์งานโครงการเช่นการควบรวมกิจการ, การขึ้นทะเบียน BOI
