<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible and to be in charges of court proceeding (Civil, Criminal, Bankruptcy, Labor and Juvenile Court)
- Compiling legal information and documentation needed for legal cases and hearings
- Preparing and drafting court documents
- Researching and analyzing the law on points raised in cases
- Filing documents with courts and other authorities
- Liaising between lawyers and courts and other authorities
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing papers, and maintaining and organizing reference files
- All aspects of legal works i.e. giving legal advice to clients, drafting and reviewing various agreements and various legal documents
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 25-37 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in Law
- Senior level: More than 3 years of working experiences in Lawyer and Litigation field
- Assistant Manager: 5-7 years of working experience
- Manager: More than 10 years of working experience
- Lawyer License required
- Experiences in cases of Civil, Criminal, Bankruptcy, Labor and Juvenile Court
- Business level of verbal and written English (to use 100% in documents and communicate at works)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบและเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการดำเนินการของศาล (แพ่งอาญาล้มละลายแรงงานและศาลเยาวชน)
- รวบรวมข้อมูลทางกฎหมายและเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับคดีและการพิจารณาคดีทางกฎหมาย
- จัดทำและร่างเอกสารศาล
- การวิจัยและวิเคราะห์กฎหมายเกี่ยวกับประเด็นที่เกิดขึ้นในกรณี
- การยื่นเอกสารต่อศาลและหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ
- การติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างทนายความและศาลและหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ
- การจัดการงานธุรการเช่นการจัดเก็บเอกสารและการดูแลและจัดระเบียบไฟล์อ้างอิง
- งานด้านกฎหมายทุกด้านเช่นการให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่ลูกค้าร่างและตรวจสอบข้อตกลงต่างๆและเอกสารทางกฎหมายต่างๆ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 25-37 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขากฎหมาย
- ระดับอาวุโส: มีประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 3 ปีในสาขาทนายความและคดี
- ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ: ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5-7 ปี
- ผู้จัดการ: ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปี
- ต้องมีใบอนุญาตทนายความ
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับคดีแพ่งอาญาล้มละลายแรงงานและศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว
- ระดับธุรกิจของการพูดและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ (เพื่อใช้ 100% ในเอกสารและสื่อสารในที่ทำงาน)
