<Job Responsibilities> - Import & Export for all INCOTERMS by Air, Sea, Land (Cross-border) shipment with privilege concerned such as Bis19, BOI, Blue corner, Bonded, Free Zone, IE, NVOCC, packing, installation, Heavy transport and etc. - Quotation control (Issue quotation for Import & Export shipment to customers / Overseas Agent / Head Quarter) - Evaluation the performance of staffs and assign & job rotation staff & plan work in process in team. - Direct Customer Service with new and current customers. - Negotiate transportation /sub-warehouse /sub-contractor/suppliers rate & service - Attend to meeting with customer out side office as sales. - Analysis causes of problem and find out the methods to be proper and correct. - Cost & Expenses control in team. - Giving an advise to customer for special export packing securing & design. - Other duties assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/Female 30-40 years old - Bachelor’s degree in any related field. - 3 -5 years Sales experience in overall Logistic / Import-Export field - Good command of English both writing, speaking. - Knowledge of MS Office and E-mail. - Able to work under pressure conditions <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Sales experience to pharmaceutical company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Surasak/ BTS Chongnonsri , Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri / (Alternative Saturday (Half day 8:30 – 12:00/ after that will be counted as OT, Twice a month)) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–45,000THB About the company Products: International freight forwarding ・Import & Export Clearance ・Container haulage ・Machine installation & Leveling ・Over-sized cargo handling & transportation ・Overland transport (Border crossing) ・Consulting service for Logistics matter: 3PL Service etc. Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - นำเข้าและส่งออกสำหรับ INCOTERMS ทั้งหมดทางอากาศทางทะเลทางบก (ข้ามพรมแดน) พร้อมสิทธิพิเศษที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น Bis19, BOI, Blue corner, Bonded, Free Zone, IE, NVOCC, การบรรจุ, การติดตั้ง, การขนส่งหนักและอื่น ๆ - การควบคุมใบเสนอราคา (ออกใบเสนอราคาสำหรับการนำเข้าและส่งออกการจัดส่งให้กับลูกค้า / ตัวแทนในต่างประเทศ / สำนักงานใหญ่) - ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานและมอบหมายงานและหมุนเวียนพนักงานและวางแผนการทำงานในทีม - บริการลูกค้าโดยตรงกับลูกค้าใหม่และลูกค้าปัจจุบัน - เจรจาการขนส่ง / คลังสินค้าย่อย / ผู้รับเหมาย่อย / อัตราซัพพลายเออร์และบริการ - เข้าร่วมประชุมกับลูกค้านอกสำนักงานในฐานะฝ่ายขาย - วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาและค้นหาวิธีการที่เหมาะสมและถูกต้อง - การควบคุมต้นทุนและค่าใช้จ่ายในทีม - ให้คำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการรักษาความปลอดภัยและการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ส่งออกพิเศษ - หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-40 ปี - สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย 3-5 ปีในสาขา Logistic / Import-Export โดยรวม - สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการเขียนการพูด - มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ MS Office และ E-mail - สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ประสบการณ์การขายให้กับ บริษัท ยา ทักษะภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS สุรศักดิ์ / BTS ช่องนนทรีกทม ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8: 30-17: 00 น.
