ฝ่ายตรวจสอบและการควบคุมคุณภาพ (ระดับหัวหน้า)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Implement QC activities in inspecting products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
• Control and check measurement equipment status for used
• Keep KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI
• Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern
• Keep and implement ISO standard
• Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to client
• Measurement by using 3D measuring equipment, Surface-roughness measuring equipment, Roundness measuring equipment
• Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem
• Coordinate with supplier in Thai language
• Other tasks might be assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 year experience as QC in manufacturing company
• Advanced Conversational low level of English(just report to JP Manager)
• Have knowledge of ISO90001
• Be able to analyze from data then figure out the problem
• Be able to solve the problem smoothly
• Have working experience in machine industry
• Have management experience

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri *Every other Saturday working(Depends on company situation))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-ใช้กิจกรรม QC ในการตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพของ บริษัท และข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
-ควบคุมและตรวจสอบสถานะอุปกรณ์การวัดที่ใช้
-กำหนดเป้าหมาย KPI และเส้นทางการวิเคราะห์เพื่อปรับปรุงเพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI
-รายงานปัญหาด้านคุณภาพเพื่อจัดการและขั้นตอนของข้อกังวลด้านคุณภาพ
-รักษาและใช้มาตรฐาน ISO
-จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นในการส่งให้ลูกค้า
-การวัดโดยใช้อุปกรณ์วัด 3 มิติ, อุปกรณ์วัดความหยาบผิว, อุปกรณ์วัดความกลม
-แก้ไขปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และทำการตอบโต้เพื่อลดปัญหารายเดือนและรายวัน
-ประสานงานกับ supplier เป็นภาษาไทย
-อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 28-35 ปี
-ปริญญาตรี
-มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QC อย่างน้อย 5 ปีใน บริษัทผู้ผลิต
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (เพียงรายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)
-มีความรู้เรื่อง ISO90001
-สามารถวิเคราะห์จากข้อมูลและหาปัญหาได้
-สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้อย่างราบรื่น
-มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องจักร
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการ

สถานที่ทำงาน: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมปิ่นทอง
ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8: 00-17: 00 น. (จันทร์ - ศุกร์ * ทำงานวันเสาร์อื่น ๆ (ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ของบริษัท ))
