Production Supervisor
(30K – 40K) (SDG-56266)
ผู้ดูแลควบคุมสายการผลิต
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for premix process in the plant
• Analyzing and collecting data to report to management
• Lead, coach and develop team members to improve production process
• To conduct micro management and set KPIs to avoid any trouble in production process such as contamination
• To cooperate with R&D function to have better premix process
• Other tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 33-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry) or related field
• Having 5 years working experience in paint manufacturer as production engineer
• Having 3 years management experience
• Well-organized personality
• Have a knowledge of IATF 16949 : 2016, ISO 14001.
• Basic level of English
Languages skills
• English : Basic
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Laem Chabang Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบกระบวนการพรีมิกซ์ในโรงงาน
•วิเคราะห์และรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อรายงานต่อฝ่ายบริหาร
•นำโค้ชและพัฒนาสมาชิกในทีมเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
•ดำเนินการจัดการรายย่อยและกำหนด KPI เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิตเช่นการปนเปื้อน
•ร่วมมือกับฟังก์ชัน R&D เพื่อให้มีกระบวนการพรีมิกซ์ที่ดีขึ้น
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 33-40 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ (เคมี) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปีในผู้ผลิตสีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรการผลิต
•มีประสบการณ์บริหาร 3 ปี
•บุคลิกภาพที่มีระเบียบแบบแผน
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IATF 16949: 2016, ISO 14001
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน
ทักษะภาษา
