Sales (JP)

ฝ่ายขาย (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นและอังกฤษ)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Making strong relationship with Japanese in Japanese(main; existing and new clients )
• Visit the clients often with Japanese MD and hearing the current situation.
• Follow the clients up with engineers if trouble happens.
• Suggest and explain new products to existing clients
• Contact with new clients and introduce the products.
• Making monthly sales reports, quarterly and annual reports to the management to develop sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-45 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Female prefer
• At least 2 years' experience in sales in a Japanese manufacturing company.
• Having experience in making a good relationship with Japanese clients in Japanese or English.
• Conversational middle of Japanese
• Conversational middle level of English
• Not job hopper (Because their sales business is a long term/ not like a catalog sales)
• Driving license (can use company car)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่แน่นแฟ้นกับชาวญี่ปุ่นในภาษาญี่ปุ่น (ลูกค้าหลักรายเดิมและลูกค้าใหม่)
•เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าบ่อยครั้งกับ MD ชาวญี่ปุ่นและรับฟังสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน
•ติดตามลูกค้ากับวิศวกรหากเกิดปัญหาขึ้น
•แนะนำและอธิบายผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้กับลูกค้าที่มีอยู่
•ติดต่อกับลูกค้าใหม่และแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์
•จัดทำรายงานการขายประจำเดือนรายไตรมาสและรายงานประจำปีเสนอผู้บริหารเพื่อพัฒนาการขาย
•หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-45 ปี
•ปริญญาตรี
•ผู้หญิงชอบ
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายในบริษัทผู้ผลิตของญี่ปุ่นอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
•มีประสบการณ์ในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นหรือภาษาอังกฤษ
•สนทนากลางภาษาญี่ปุ่น
•สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง
•ไม่ใช่งานกระโดด (เนื่องจากธุรกิจการขายเป็นธุรกิจระยะยาว / ไม่เหมือนกับการขายแคตตาล็อก)
•ใบขับขี่ (ใช้รถ บริษัท ได้)
