QA Officer

เจ้าหน้าที่แผนกควบคุมคุณภาพอาหาร
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform quality analysis and testing on finished products.
• Incoming raw materials and process samples to ensure product meets customer specification and consumer safety standards.
• Lead problem solving process to find root cause and action.
• Responsible for related document such as FSSC 22000, HALAL, GMP, ISO
• Other tasks might assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-35 years
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology, Food Science only
• Have working experience at least 3 years about QA or Food science in Food industry
• Have working experience about FSSC 22000, HALAL, GMP, ISO before
• Able to use Microsoft Office program
• Advance conversation low to middle level of English

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(<Saturday Working: Usually every other Saturday but this year have only 5 Saturday per year>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ทำการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพและทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป
• วัตถุดิบที่เข้ามาและตัวอย่างกระบวนการเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ตรงตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้าและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของผู้บริโภค
• นำกระบวนการแก้ปัญหาเพื่อค้นหาสาเหตุที่แท้จริงและการดำเนินการ
• รับผิดชอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น FSSC 22000, HALAL, GMP, ISO
• งานอื่น ๆ อาจได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
• อายุ 30-35 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีเคมีวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหารเท่านั้น
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับ QA หรือ Food science ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ FSSC 22000, HALAL, GMP, ISO มาก่อน
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
