<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing and participating in due diligence and business valuation engagements, and leading engagements which are complex and company's client critical
- Analyzing financial/operational results of companies/ targets by reviewing their accounting records and conducting interviews with management
- Preparing or evaluating effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements
- Performing research in industry and organization
- Assist directors and senior people in M&A transactions/corporate finance through preparation of investment teaser, information memorandum, business plan, financial analysis and managing client communications as and when needed
- Cultivate relationships with clients and possess and strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies
- Other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- At least 3 years’ experience in financial advisory, corporate finance services or investment banking
- In processing of CPA, CFA, ACCA, MBA or related
- Able to communicate in English effectively
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Strong drive to take new initiatives and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas

- การจัดการและการมีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบสถานะและการประเมินมูลค่าทางธุรกิจและการมีส่วนร่วมชั้นนำที่ซับซ้อนและมีความสำคัญต่อลูกค้าของ บริษัท

- ปลูกฝังความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและมีและความรู้ที่แข็งแกร่งในการใช้ประโยชน์จากวิธีการที่แพร่หลาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 25-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชีการเงินเศรษฐศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้านที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินบริการด้านการเงินขององค์กรหรือวาณิชธนกิจ
- ในการประมวลผล CPA, CFA, ACCA, MBA หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มุ่งมั่นที่จะเป็นมืออาชีพและบริการลูกค้าที่เป็นเลิศ
- แรงผลักดันที่แข็งแกร่งในการริเริ่มใหม่ ๆ และความสามารถในการปรับตัวให้เข้ากับความท้าทายและแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ
