Mold Manager (55K – 65K) (SDG- 55711) ผู้จัดการแผนกแม่พิมพ์ Duties & Responsibilities: • Take care of making department plan and troubleshoot molding process. • Follow up Mold repairing actual to comply with planed. • Follow up New Mold making actual to comply with planed. • Summarize monthly working report and find the best solution in order to achieve the target. • Project Lead, Improvement & KAIZEN for production, quality, process, and maintenance. • Analysis and determine solution Mold trouble with related department. • Manage all management systems in Mold Department to maximize efficiency. • Control ISO systems and participate to audit. • Mold reparation technical and Mold process technical Management. • Coordinate with related department to reduce problem machine breakdown which caused from Mold trouble. • Manpower Control, Budget Control, Training, Operation Management. • Other tasks as assigned. Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 40 - 48 years old • Male only • Bachelor's degree in tools and die engineering or related field • At least 10 years experiences of Die Casting and Injection Molding in any manufacturing industry • At least 3 years management experiences of Die Casting and Injection Molding in any manufacturing industry • Have knowledge about KAIZEN, Solidwork, Auto cad 2D, 3D program, CNC machine • Have knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and TS 16949 • Can work under pressured • Basic level of Japanese ** (Can communicate about job scope) • Basic level of English • At least 10 years experiences of Die Casting, Injection Molding in Automotive industry Languages skills English : Basic Japanese : Basic Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: Twice a month ) About the Benefit Salary: 55,000–65,000THB • Social Insurance • Accidental and Health insurance OPD/IPD • Provident Fund • Uniform About the allowance • Transportation Allowance • Position Allowance • Living Allowance • Meal Allowance About the company • Business Type: Manufacturing • Products: Automotive parts
