Production Asst Manager or Manager

<Job Responsibilities>
- This position is in charge of management of 4 teams (cutting, cutting (CNC/NC), slit, welding)
- Consider production process according to new product and make prototype and make a plan for mass production
- Maintain and design for all facilities, jigs in production line
- Improve the productivity and efficiency of the process.
- Budget Control, Operation Management .Schedule Management
- Planning balance of manpower and facility capacity, provide training for subordinates
- When a defective product occurs, investigate the cause and improve the process
- Collaborate with other departments such as production management
- Responsible for doing Kaizen 5S
- Compliance with ISO and IATF16949 (including documentation)
- Report the production information to report line
- Other tasks as assigned
- *this position has chance to promote to Factory Manager in near future

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional experience of using Slitter machine
- Working experience as engineer for more than 5 years
- Conversational level of English(speaking, writing) *for internal communication
- Strong knowledge of ISO and IATF16949
- Management experience for more than 1 year

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of cutting and welding
- Can program CNC/NC
- Auto CAD skill
- Can spear Japanese

- ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบการบริหารทีม 4 คน (ตัด, ตัด (CNC / NC), กรีด, เชื่อม)
- พิจารณากระบวนการผลิตตามผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และทำต้นแบบและวางแผนการผลิตจำนวนมาก
- ดูแลและออกแบบสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอุปกรณ์จับยึดในสายการผลิต
- ปรับปรุงประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการ
- การควบคุมงบประมาณการจัดการการดำเนินงานการจัดการตารางเวลา
- วางแผนความสมดุลของกำลังคนและกำลังการอำนวยความสะดวกจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- เมื่อเกิดสินค้าชำรุดให้ตรวจสอบสาเหตุและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
- ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เช่นการจัดการการผลิต
- รับผิดชอบการทำ Kaizen 5 ส
- การปฏิบัติตาม ISO และ IATF16949 (รวมถึงเอกสารประกอบ)
- รายงานข้อมูลการผลิตไปยังสายรายงาน
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- * ตำแหน่งนี้มีโอกาสเลื่อนตำแหน่งเป็นผู้จัดการโรงงานในอนาคตอันใกล้

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 35-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ระดับมืออาชีพในการใช้เครื่อง Slitter
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งวิศวกรมากกว่า 5 ปี
- ระดับการสนทนาของภาษาอังกฤษ (การพูดการเขียน) * สำหรับการสื่อสารภายใน
- มีความรู้เรื่อง ISO และ IATF16949 เป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการมากกว่า 1 ปี

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ในการตัดและเชื่อม
- สามารถตั้งโปรแกรม CNC / NC
- ทักษะ CAD อัตโนมัติ
- สามารถหอกญี่ปุ่น
