<Job Responsibilities> - Support legal advice & legal review on several types of Contract - Draft, review,manage and negotiate various business contract (with suppliers, customers, service venders, etc.) - Document management - Provide advice on wide range of legal issues (corporate, contract, labor(related Labor Protection Act), etc.) - Provide report to management related legal issues - Draft and review internal company rules and regulations - Coordinate with external lawyer (witness,take the minutes etc.) in case legal case happen - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 27-35 years old - Bachelor's degree in law - At least 5 years of experience in possess Attorneys of LAW (of Thailand) and able to review contract by own and able to take responsibility for review - Basic level of English (Able to review contract in English) - Hold lawyer's license - Healthy person <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Basic Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: (BTS) UdomSuk, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–80,000THB About the company Products: -Clean Room system/ HVAC system/ Dry Room system/ Mechanical system/ Electrical system/ Process Utility system/ Construction work/ 3D scanning & modeling service/ IoT system for HVAC Business Type: Construction / Home Building

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - สนับสนุนคำแนะนำทางกฎหมายและการตรวจสอบทางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับสัญญาหลายประเภท - ร่างตรวจสอบจัดการและเจรจาสัญญาทางธุรกิจต่างๆ (กับซัพพลายเออร์ลูกค้าผู้ให้บริการ ฯลฯ ) - การจัดการเอกสาร - ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับประเด็นทางกฎหมายที่หลากหลาย (องค์กรสัญญาแรงงาน (พรบ. คุ้มครองแรงงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง) ฯลฯ ) - จัดทำรายงานการจัดการปัญหาทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ร่างและทบทวนกฎและข้อบังคับของ บริษัท ภายใน - ประสานงานกับทนายความภายนอก (พยานจดรายงานการประชุม ฯลฯ ) ในกรณีทางกฎหมายเกิดขึ้น - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 27-35 ปี - ปริญญาตรีนิติศาสตร์ - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการครอบครองทนายความของประเทศไทยและสามารถตรวจสอบสัญญาได้ด้วยตนเองและสามารถรับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบได้ - ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน (สามารถทบทวนสัญญาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้) - ถือใบอนุญาตทนายความ - คนที่มีสุขภาพดี <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> -ไม่มี ทักษะภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับพื้นฐาน ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: (BTS) อุดมสุขกรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8: 00-17: 00 น.
