QA/QC Assistance Manager
(45K – 50K) (SDG-55557)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพและควบคุมคุณภาพ
Duties & Responsibilities:
QA tasks
1.Responsible for task the related to Quality Management System to ensure continued effectiveness.
2. Responsible for ISO systems (QMR)
3. Documentation of related document in Quality Management System including always revise to update.
4. To comply with the requirement of QMS as well as continuously keep action.
5. Promote and support activities all employees in an organization have the opportunity to participate in performance development and improvement or the awareness on customer's requirement.
6. Planning and monitoring internal Quality System and follow up the corrective and preventive action.
7. Responsible for QA all process.
QC tasks
1.QC Department coordinator
2.Inspection Management
3.Production condition management
4.Equipment and Tooling Control
5.Production Support
6.Production Quality Control and Improvement
7.Field quality investigation and improvement
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-42 years
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.
• At least 8 years experience in QA/QC department from automotive industry
• At least 5 years experience working in press , stamping, and robot welding process in automotive industry
• At least 5 years management experience (Have subordinate)
• Ability to establish the QMS and QMR.
• Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2015 , IATF16949
• Advance conversational low to middle in English
• Able to handle many tasks at once and be a problem solver
• Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable
• Has CCCF (Completely Check Completely Find-Out) knowledge is preferable
• Has Horenso knowledge is preferable
• Has KAIZEN knowledge is preferable
• Has experience working in Japan is preferable
• Languages skills
English : Conversational

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday (Saturday working depend on company calendar))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
งาน QA
1. รับผิดชอบงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบบริหารคุณภาพเพื่อให้ดำเนินการต่อไปอย่างมีประสิทธิผล
2. รับผิดชอบระบบ ISO (QMR)
3. จัดทำเอกสารเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องในระบบบริหารคุณภาพรวมทั้งเสนอแก้ไขเพื่อปรับปรุง
4. ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของ QMS และดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่อง
5. ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมที่พนักงานทุกคนในองค์กรมีโอกาสในการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพหรือการตระหนักถึงความต้องการของลูกค้า
6. วางแผนและติดตามระบบคุณภาพภายในและติดตามการแก้ไขและการดำเนินการป้องกัน
7. รับผิดชอบ QA ทุกกระบวนการ
งาน QC
1. ผู้ประสานงานฝ่าย QC
2. การจัดการการตรวจสอบ
3. การจัดการสภาพการผลิต
4. การควบคุมอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือ
5. การสนับสนุนการผลิต
6. การควบคุมและปรับปรุงคุณภาพการผลิต
7. การตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงคุณภาพสนาม
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 35-42 ปี
-ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
-มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปีในแผนก QA / QC จากอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
-มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการทำงานในกระบวนการกดปั๊มและการเชื่อมหุ่นยนต์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
-มีประสบการณ์บริหารอย่างน้อย 5 ปี (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
-ความสามารถในการสร้าง QMS และ QMR
-มีความรู้ที่แข็งแกร่งใน ISO 9001: 2015, IATF16949
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
-สามารถจัดการงานหลายอย่างในคราวเดียวและเป็นผู้แก้ปัญหาได้
-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะดีมาก
-ควรมีความรู้ CCCF ได้จะดีมาก
-ควรมีความรู้ Horensoได้จะดีมาก
-ควรมีความรู้ KAIZENได้จะดีมาก
-มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในญี่ปุ่นเป็นที่ต้องการ
