<Job Responsibilities> Project Management - Manage on other side projects with NXG/DAX interdependencies - Represent the FF Finance Department in global key projects - Manage planning, budget and deliverables - Documentation preparation and presentation - Committee organization Local and Regional Teams Functional support: - Provide functional support to the countries when a functional issue is raised - Liaise with the level 2 support teams - Prepare and organize long term run mode (hand over to L2/BPO) - Ad hoc training on some key functionality - Follow-up tickets (incident and requests) through GSDM & reporting of this activity - Manage requests from local and regional teams (set-up for our tools, mapping tables) - Provide support activities concerning company's tools and processes (NextGen, Geobus-Interfaces, Dynamics AX) - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-40 years old - Bachelor's degree in finance or IT - At least 2 years of working experience in as financial IT specialist in IT Solution - Experienced in conducting user training - Able to communicate in English effectively (French colleague) - Interpersonal Skill and able to communicate or coordinate with each other’s <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experienced in IT outsourcing company or banking or finance field Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Onnut, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday (8.00 - 17.00, 09.00 - 18.00, 09.30-18.30 hrs.))
