<Job Responsibilities>
- To manage legal compliance tasks serving to domestic and ASEAN Affiliates.
- To play key role on legal compliance operation and monitoring.
- To investigate and provide solution when legal/compliance issues occur, follow up with the corrective and preventive status and report to the management.
- To coordinate with and give guidance to legal/compliance organizers in ASEAN affiliates to promote legal/compliance initiatives.
- To plan and conduct legal/compliance awareness and training.
- Other works as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Law
- Skill & Experience work 7 years in legal field (Manufacturing, Corporation)
- Lawyer's license or graduated from Thai Bar are preferable
- Good command of English (TOEIC 800 up) and computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Able to work in team and individual to complete assignments within deadline
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to speak Japanese
- Come from Automotive field or big company

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เพื่อจัดการงานด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่ให้บริการแก่ บริษัท ในเครือในประเทศและในอาเซียน
- มีบทบาทสำคัญในการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและการตรวจสอบ
- ในการตรวจสอบและให้แนวทางแก้ไขเมื่อเกิดปัญหาด้านกฎหมาย / การปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดให้ติดตามสถานะการแก้ไขและการป้องกันและรายงานต่อฝ่ายบริหาร
- ประสานงานและให้คำแนะนำแก่หน่วยงานด้านกฎหมาย / การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบใน บริษัท ในเครือของอาเซียนเพื่อส่งเสริมการริเริ่มด้านกฎหมาย / การปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด
- เพื่อวางแผนและดำเนินการรับรู้และฝึกอบรมด้านกฎหมาย / การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขากฎหมาย
- ทักษะและประสบการณ์ทำงาน 7 ปีในสาขากฎหมาย (Manufacturing, Corporation)
- ใบอนุญาตทนายความหรือจบการศึกษาจากบาร์ไทยเป็นที่ต้องการ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC 800 ขึ้นไป) และสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ (Microsoft Office)
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและรายบุคคลเพื่อทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เสร็จสิ้นภายในกำหนด
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการวิจัยที่ยอดเยี่ยม
