Senior Legal Officer (30K-50K) (SDG-54672) เจ้าหน้าที่กฏหมาย <Job Responsibilities> - Provide competent legal support to the business which includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with customers and suppliers together with assessing contractual risks and advising the business internally in respect of such risks during the course of bid and contract reviews - Coordinate with Legal HQ to confirm the final agreement with clients/vendors - Coordinate with external Legal firm/Government - Responsible to the company related Legal matter, company legal document, and be responsible to work on, advice for the query - Manage and control the Legal internal process and collaborate with the person/team involved such as Sales, support functions (HR, F&A, Procurement, Process and Compliance), etc., to comply the company process - Coordinate for internal audit and compliance - Work as the team to advise for the process improvement to comply with Legal perspective and company objective - Support the other team for the legal related matter - Other task assignment <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female, age 30-38 years old - Bachelor's degree or higher in Law. - At least 3 years’ experience working as an in-house counsel in IT industry - Experiences in drafting and reviewing legal contract is a must. - Able to travel between head office in Bangkok 3 days and branch office in Chaengwatthana, Pak Kred area 2 days - Strong knowledge of business law or international law would be advantage - Good command of written and spoken in English (Reviewing contract and internal communication) - Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills. - Good Computer literacy <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–50,000THB About the company Products: IT solution consulting Business Type: Software;General / IT Services
