การบริหารโครงการ
<Job Responsibilities>
- Determine and define project scope and objectives with approval from management
- Manage project plan and predict resources needed (time, money, manpower, equipment, etc.) to reach objectives
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Communicating with report line to clarify the desired outcome of a project.
- Monitor progress , analyze and make adjustments to project as needed
- Track, manage and solve problem of the project. Report any issue that effect to project to report line when arise
- Provide project updates including crisis problem to report line frequently
- Prepare documents of project scope and the requirement for relevant department to sign for conclusion
- Support testing process or launch process to ensure that UAT, Go Live and Hyper care after update is completely correct As defined
- Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 35-43 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in project management or business analyst in non-life insurance company, leasing company, broker or life insurance company
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Strong analytic skills and problem solving skills
- Good command both Thai and English
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good command in English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Good knowledge in Project Management Concept ( E.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ISO 27001)
- Good knowledge in ERP or Oracle

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- กำหนดและกำหนดขอบเขตและวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการด้วยการอนุมัติจากฝ่ายบริหาร
- จัดการแผนโครงการและทำนายทรัพยากรที่ต้องการ (เวลาเงินกำลังคนอุปกรณ์ ฯลฯ ) เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าโครงการทั้งหมดได้รับการส่งมอบตรงเวลาภายในขอบเขตและภายในงบประมาณ
- การสื่อสารกับสายรายงานเพื่อชี้แจงผลลัพธ์ที่ต้องการของโครงการ
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าวิเคราะห์และปรับเปลี่ยนโครงการตามต้องการ
- ติดตามจัดการและแก้ปัญหาของโครงการ รายงานปัญหาใด ๆ ที่มีผลต่อโครงการเพื่อรายงานบรรทัดเมื่อเกิดขึ้น
- จัดเตรียมการอัปเดตโครงการรวมถึงปัญหาวิกฤตเพื่อรายงานบรรทัดบ่อย
- จัดทำเอกสารขอบเขตโครงการและข้อกำหนดสำหรับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อลงนามในข้อสรุป
- สนับสนุนกระบวนการทดสอบหรือกระบวนการเรียกใช้เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการดูแล UAT, Go Live และ Hyper หลังจากการอัปเดตนั้นถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดไว้
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35-43 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, บริหารธุรกิจ, การเงินหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในการบริหารโครงการหรือนักวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจใน บริษัท ประกันวินาศภัย บริษัท ลีสซิ่งโบรกเกอร์หรือ บริษัท ประกันชีวิต
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในโครงการ Microsoft
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่แข็งแกร่งและทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
- สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยและอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- มีความรู้ที่ดีเกี่ยวกับแนวคิดการบริหารโครงการ (เช่น PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ISO 27001)
- มีความรู้ด้าน ERP หรือ Oracle เป็นอย่างดี
