HR Manager (81K – 91K) (SDG-54635) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบุคคล Duties & Responsibilities: • Implementing and developing company and Human Resources policies. (Mainly focusing on HRM and HRD) • Assisting with the overseeing of all HR activities such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee services and manpower planning. • HR Management information control & admin. • Coordinates to other Line Manager in scope of HR and related functions • Implements new HR tools & HR project for HR Development. • Other tasks as assigned by Management Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 45-48 years • Bachelor’s Degree • Male only • At least 15 years work experience in HR Management , HR Development in manufacturing(company size over 1500 employees is required) • At least 7 years experience in Management Level • Be able to communicate in English ( Advanced Conversational Level High) • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and other related laws • Good Microsoft Office (Advance Level of Excel Efficiency) • Good interpersonal and communication skills along with problem solving skills • Strong Logical thinking and fully service mind • Strong Leadership appearance with ability to make good relation with other • Business Level of English is preferable • Long experience in Japanese company is preferable Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Industrial Park Working Hour: 8:00-17:05(Mon- Fri.
