วิศวกรสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคโครงการ (หลังการขาย)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Working closely with customers to develop and solve problem of device after installation
- Working closely with sales team
- Provide ongoing after-sales technical support and training, both remotely and customer sites (All over Thailand)
- Installation or testing device indoor and outdoor.
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, age 24-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineer, Telecommunication Engineer or related field
- At least 1 year working experience as technical support for CCTV
- Able to communicate in English effectively
- Good Health and able to travel outside of BKK
- Must have driving license
- Passionate about IOT, CCTV, and IT
- Must have service mind.
- Not afraid of height.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to communicate in Chinese

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday (Weekend off) )

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับลูกค้าเพื่อพัฒนาและแก้ไขปัญหาอุปกรณ์หลังการติดตั้ง
- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมขาย
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคและการฝึกอบรมหลังการขายอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งไซต์ระยะไกลและลูกค้า (ทั่วประเทศไทย)
- การติดตั้งหรือทดสอบอุปกรณ์ในร่มและกลางแจ้ง
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 24-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาไฟฟ้าวิศวกรคอมพิวเตอร์วิศวกรโทรคมนาคมหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคสำหรับกล้องวงจรปิด
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สุขภาพที่ดีและสามารถเดินทางออกนอกกรุงเทพฯได้
- ต้องมีใบขับขี่
- หลงใหลเกี่ยวกับ IOT กล้องวงจรปิดและไอที
- ต้องมีใจบริการ
- ไม่กลัวความสูง
