Legal Officer @ Nakhonpratom (30K-40K) (SDG-54526)
เจ้าหน้าที่กฏหมาย
<Job Responsibilities>
- Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the Company i.e., Prepare writes, defense's submissions and other pleadings in civil cases both "for and against" the company
- Prepare ,file and plead cases in Commercial Court in pursuit of amounts owed to the Company
- Advise on civil matters that should be directed to external counsel
- Liaise with and assist external counsel
- File oppositions in matters where title is being passed or property is being encumbered and there are arrears due and payable to the company
- Advise on statutory compliance
- Research and prepare legal opinions on various civil matters including claims for compensation against the company
- Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested
- Submit quarterly work reports to management and the Board of Directors
- Cause to be maintained, numbering a database of the status of all legal matters involving the Company
- Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies
- Draft, amend, review and/or recommend modifications or related laws and regulations governing the company
- Provide sound legal advice to the Company and make recommendations to Management as necessary

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Having 3-5 years experience of legal in Law firm or Manufacturing
- Having experience to review and draft commercial contract
- Having experience of civil / commercial litigation
- Knowledge of labor law or relate to labor disputed
- Proven knowledge and experience of Civil and Commercial law
- Having Lawyer License
- Having experience to negotiate with opposite party.
- Having experience to translate contract or documents.
- Good command of English (Advance conversational Mid-High)
- Ability to identify and analyze contract issue/problems and comment/suggest and implement solutions.
- Able to work independently

- ริเริ่มและดำเนินการทางกฎหมายตามที่ บริษัท กำหนดเช่นจัดเตรียมการเขียนการยื่นคำคัดค้านและคำคู่ความอื่น ๆ ในคดีแพ่งทั้ง "เพื่อต่อต้าน" บริษัท
- จัดทำฟ้องร้องดำเนินคดีในศาลพาณิชย์เพื่อติดตามจำนวนเงินที่ บริษัท ฯ ค้างชำระ
- ให้คำปรึกษาในเรื่องทางแพ่งที่ควรได้รับคำแนะนำจากที่ปรึกษาภายนอก
- ติดต่อและช่วยเหลือจากที่ปรึกษาภายนอก
- คัดค้านในเรื่องที่มีการส่งชื่อเรื่องหรือทรัพย์สินกำลังถูกกีดกันและมีการค้างชำระและจ่ายให้กับ บริษัท
- ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
- วิจัยและเตรียมความคิดเห็นทางกฎหมายในเรื่องต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการเรียกร้องค่าชดเชยกับ บริษัท
- ร่างและ / หรือตรวจสอบจดหมายทางกฎหมายสัญญาและข้อตกลงและตรวจสอบข้อผูกพันทางกฎหมายภายใต้ข้อตกลงเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามตามที่ร้องขอ
- ส่งรายงานผลการดำเนินงานรายไตรมาสแก่ผู้บริหารและคณะกรรมการ บริษัท
- สาเหตุที่ต้องได้รับการเก็บรักษาหมายเลขฐานข้อมูลสถานะของกฎหมายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ บริษัท
- ช่วยเหลือในการกำหนดการนำไปปฏิบัติและ / หรือแก้ไขนโยบายของ บริษัท
- ร่างแก้ไขทบทวนและ / หรือแนะนำการปรับเปลี่ยนหรือกฎหมายและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องที่ควบคุม บริษัท
- ให้คำแนะนำด้านกฎหมายแก่ บริษัท และให้คำแนะนำแก่ฝ่ายบริหารตามความจำเป็น

- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 25-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขากฎหมาย
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมายในสำนักงานกฎหมายหรือการผลิตประมาณ 3-5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการตรวจสอบและร่างสัญญาการค้า
- มีประสบการณ์คดีแพ่ง / คดีพาณิชย์
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงานหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับข้อพิพาทแรงงาน
- พิสูจน์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ของกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์
- มีใบอนุญาตทนายความ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการเจรจากับฝ่ายตรงข้าม
- มีประสบการณ์ในการแปลสัญญาหรือเอกสาร
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (Advance Conversational Mid-High)

- ร่างและ / หรือตรวจสอบจดหมายทางกฎหมายสัญญาและข้อตกลงและตรวจสอบข้อผูกพันทางกฎหมายภายใต้ข้อตกลงเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามตามที่ร้องขอ

- พิสูจน์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ของกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์
