IT Security Manager (Banking industry) (70K-90K) (SDG-54288)
ผู้จัดการด้านความปลอดภัยไอที (อุตสาหกรรมการธนาคาร)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide advise for IT security and perform the security assessment on IT projects
- Establish, maintain and implement rule and procedures for IT security management and information security management
- Improve literacy of information security management of the company members and provide relevant staff training
- Establish and conduct surveillance monitoring like log monitoring, HPID, and admin ID activity review
- Arrange the security assessment with external vendor like vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, and perform the activity for ISO27001
- IT risk assessment such as RCSA, new product assessment and IT outsourcing
- Follow up and report the implementation of new law and regulations that related to IT security
- Review the EOS and EOL for IT asset both hardware and software
- Support to set up IT disaster recovery plan (DRP) 1
- Arrange and manage IT-related expenses and budgets, and IT -related contracts
- Assist the department head to make budget application and IT strategy reports etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- At least 5 years working experience as IT Security engineer in Financial industry
- Able to communicate in English
- Experience in preparation, review and update procedure and manual
- Experience in communication with vendors and users
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge in VMware
- Able to communicate in Japanese

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยด้านไอทีและดำเนินการประเมินความปลอดภัยของโครงการด้านไอที
- สร้างรักษาและใช้กฎและขั้นตอนสำหรับการจัดการความปลอดภัยด้านไอทีและการจัดการความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
- ปรับปรุงความรู้ในการจัดการความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลของสมาชิก บริษัท และจัดฝึกอบรมพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สร้างและดำเนินการตรวจสอบเฝ้าระวังเช่นการตรวจสอบบันทึก HPID และการตรวจสอบกิจกรรม ID ผู้ดูแลระบบ
- จัดให้มีการประเมินความปลอดภัยกับผู้จำหน่ายภายนอกเช่นการประเมินความเสี่ยงและการทดสอบการเจาะระบบและดำเนินกิจกรรมสำหรับ ISO27001
- การประเมินความเสี่ยงด้าน IT เช่น RCSA การประเมินผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และ IT outsourcing
- ติดตามและรายงานการดำเนินการตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับใหม่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความปลอดภัยด้านไอที
- ตรวจสอบ EOS และ EOL สำหรับเนื้อหาด้านไอทีทั้งฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์
- รองรับการตั้งค่าแผนการกู้คืนความเสียหายด้านไอที (DRP) 1
- จัดการและจัดการค่าใช้จ่ายและงบประมาณที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไอทีและสัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไอที
- ช่วยเหลือหัวหน้าแผนกในการจัดทำงบประมาณและรายงานกลยุทธ์ไอที
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นใดตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 35-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาไอทีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรความปลอดภัยด้านไอทีในอุตสาหกรรมการเงิน
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- ประสบการณ์ในการเตรียมการทบทวนและปรับปรุงขั้นตอนและคู่มือ
- ประสบการณ์ในการสื่อสารกับผู้ขายและผู้ใช้
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ VMware
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้
