Accounting Assistant Manager (45K - 80K) (SDG-53080)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee the daily operation of the entire accounting and finance section for S.E.I Thai holdings
- Review and comment on the monthly financial statement and consolidated financial statement for S.E.I Thai holdings and group companies in Thailand
- Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standard.
- Implement internal control policy.
- Monitoring and advise group of companies to follow related Thai laws and regulations.
- Budgeting and Cost control
- Control daily operation the Cash Management Systems.
- Oversee all tax file return
- Liaise with external auditors, bank, revenue department etc.
- Visit group companies' office in Rayong, Chachoengsao, Chonburi area by company car with driver about once a week.
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Thai Nationality, age 35-40 years old
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Have working experience in Manufacturing company or Trading company
- At least 5 years’ experience in Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager level
- Having knowledge and experience in all accounting tasks such as Tax and Costing.
- Personality：Fast learner and detail-oriented
- Good knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standard (TFRS) and taxation

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- CPA,CPD license

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ดูแลการดำเนินงานประจำวันของแผนกบัญชีและการเงินทั้งหมดสำหรับ S.E.I Thai holdings
- ตรวจสอบและแสดงความคิดเห็นต่องบการเงินรายเดือนและงบการเงินรวมสำหรับผู้ถือหุ้นไทยและกลุ่ม บริษัท ในประเทศไทย
- สร้างความมั่นใจว่าระบบบันทึกนั้นได้รับการบำรุงรักษาตามมาตรฐานการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไป
- ใช้นโยบายการควบคุมภายใน
- ติดตามและให้คำแนะนำกลุ่ม บริษัท ให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับของไทยที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- การควบคุมงบประมาณและต้นทุน
- ควบคุมการทำงานประจำวันของระบบการจัดการเงินสด
- ดูแลการคืนภาษีทั้งหมด
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีธนาคารแผนกสรรพากร ฯลฯ
- เยี่ยมชมสำนักงานของกลุ่ม บริษัท ในจังหวัดระยองฉะเชิงเทราจังหวัดชลบุรีโดยรถยนต์ของ บริษัท พร้อมคนขับประมาณสัปดาห์ละครั้ง
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 35-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี
- สัญชาติไทยอายุ 35-40 ปี
- สามารถพูดอ่านเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิตหรือ บริษัท การค้า
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในระดับหัวหน้างาน / ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ / ผู้จัดการ
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีทั้งหมดเช่นภาษีและการคิดต้นทุน
- บุคลิกภาพ： ผู้เรียนรู้เร็วและมุ่งเน้นรายละเอียด
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการรายงานทางการเงินและภาษีอากรเป็นอย่างดี

- CPA, ใบอนุญาต CPD
